The nurses and housekeeping people that I met were very nice as well as the staff in the dining room. I liked how the dining room felt more like eating out instead of a cafeteria, so I think that's really nice. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. When I call the front desk to check on things for my dad, they're always very nice and friendly, and they know exactly who I am. I would recommend this facility. The William is a nice place.
