Brookdale Westlake Hills

My husband and I chose this apartment just the right size with a patio and little garden. People are welcoming and caring. The residents the administrative, the maintenance crew, the dining staff. The wonderful activity planners. I have found kindred sprits and have friends galore.

My mom is absolutely thriving at Brookdale, thanks to staff and management. Thank you for how well you run the place and for keeping the ambiance homey, clean, and up-to-date. Thank you for the wonderful array of activities too. My mom especially appreciates painting class, 7 Little Words, Meet the New Residents, and the various holiday celebrations. Cinco de Mayo this year was especially good with the amazing mariachi band you brought in. And she loves how well the transportation team looks after her. That is a super important service and you run it very well.

I have lived here for more than two years and they have been very good years. They are all like family to me and are very helpful I would highly recommend this place to you. The food is delicious! Move here.

I believe BrookDale is the finest retirement community in the state of Texas or any other state . I really enjoy my life here as I am not able to take care of myself safely. We are like a large family both my fellows and staff. The programs every day are outstanding both pure entertainment and learning. When we lose a friend through passing we all grieve??????

When I arrived, I had been at another place for 4 1/2 years. There is NO comparison. Here the associates are here for you you. They are organized and have my needs met. Also, the food is carefully prepared. Friendly services and healthy. People care here and know who you are.

This is a wonderful place to live. The staff will bend over backwards to help and the food is great! I am always amazed at the fun things going on and love to swim in the heated pool. People are very friendly and welcoming too.

I have lived in a Brookdale community for five years. I really think Westlake exceeds other facilities. I feel at home. I love the staff and residents.

We walked into our apartment and it was love at first sight. Everything was in place - sofa, chairs, lamps, apt work. And our little patio gave us a view of green. A welcome bag hung on our door knob. We are home

From our very first visit, we have felt welcomed! The staff in every department plus the residents have confirmed that this is where we belong. We love our apartment, the delicious food, wonderful - lectures and entertainment, transportation and service angels -- all!

Everyone here is so friendly. The staff, the residents, the administrator. The food is very good. The maintenance is excellent and the activites are fun.

Wonderful party featuring music, food. soft drinks and many couples dancing. Well planned event and every week the staff plans another party with great themes and decorations.

I've been here for 1.5 years and could not imagine a better senior facility than Brookdale. The food is fantastic, the activity programs are interesting and enlightening.

After looking at other communities, it was obvious Brookdale Westlake Hills was the place for my mom. Being very active, still dining, and having a stroke, it made sense to move her to a place with transportation, great activites and the food is awesome.

There's nothing to dislike. The staff is wonderfullly caring and helpful and the food is almost always delicious with multiple choices. I also like the location.

Mom is so happy and our whole family's experience with them has been great. We picked this community because, it had the best management, best community reviews, best location for our family. Additional reasons we picked Brookdale Westlake are: Mom really felt comfortable there...(the overall ambiance, the friendly staff and residents, very nicely maintained apartment and common areas), immediate attention to all concerns brought to staff's attention, and comprehensive set of services and activities for residents. Also a discount for military families.

There are a lot of helpful and friendly staff available as well as friendly residents. They also offer a lot of great activities for the residents. The skilled nursing is a little understaffed. My loved ones apartment is small compared to the house that she came from, but it is nice enough and good for what she needs.

We have had a fantastic experience with Brookdale Westlake Hills. The staff is very welcoming, helpful, and caring towards our loved one and other residents. Anytime the family has a question the staff is very responsive to us. The food provided to the residents is outstanding! We would recommend Brookdale Westlake Hills to others for their loved ones.
