My parents sold their home in Westlake and moved into The Village at the Triangle in [date removed]. They Love it. I describe it as a combination of a luxury hotel meets cruise ship. The cleanliness, bright, happy atmosphere, delicious food, housekeeping, bridge, exercise room, movies and superior management all contribute to keep my parents happy (not an easy task) and confirm this was the right decision and the very best place in Austin. I'm amazed at the parties with special foods to match the occasion along with music and decorations. The Village at The Triangle was great and only ten minutes from my house. That would have been my first choice, but they had a long waiting list. The staff were super nice and helpful, and no one had a pressuring sales-person approach which I appreciated.

It can be difficult having to place your loved one into assisted living. A couple of years and a few of moves, we finally found [name removed] and his team at the Parc in the Village at the triangle. Mom is in great hands and is very safe. Recent events such as the pandemic and more recently, unprecedented storms, we’ve seen how well this community cares for its residents. We feel very blessed to this level of attention, care and responsiveness. It’s like we have an extension of our own family looking after mom when we’re unable to.

I moved my mother-in-law here to independent living during the height of COVID. I have been nothing but very pleased since then. The facility is beautiful and the food is fantastic. The people are caring, compassionate, and qualified. I am so grateful that we are a part of this community.

I give the highest praise to the staff and Administration of the Triangle for the masterful job they have done over the past year. The skill and kindness with which they cared for our families in this difficult time will never be forgotten. My mother has lived at the Triangle since it opened both in Independent Living and ultimately in Memory Care. The transition was made during the Pandemic and while difficult under normal circumstances was far more so when family could not participate. We are thankful for the caring professionals who made it as easy as possible. We give the highest possible recommendation for the Village at the Triangle.

The cleanliness of the community and friendliness of the staff really stood out to us in the beginning. The director of assisted living and the nurse on site has been outstanding in guiding our family through our loved ones health. They have been wonderful in explaining everything and showing compassionate.

Horrible Choice for a relative who actually needs to be cared for. If your relative is still completely independent and wants to live in an expensive apt complex that feeds them then this could be a good choice. My relative was at this facility for 2 months and we paid over $50,000 for care during those 2 months. $30,000 of it was to the Triangle and then they required outside care to cover items that were in the Care Plan they agreed to upon move-in. I have since had my relative in a small group home a longer period of time, that is 1/10th the price and has 200% better quality of care.

Overall it's really pretty here, and I think they really do care for the residents. The only thing is there is a little bit of lack of communication between the staff and between the staff and the families. They're still limiting visits due to Covid, and you have to make an appointment for a 45 minute visit where they bring your loved one out to you.

This community was very nice and they provided lots of info on the tour. It was just to pricey for us.
In case any of my friends are realizing they might want to live somewhere warm, secure and happy, let me know and I will describe Village life. During these hard days we have had it the best of anybody in Austin. Our admin team is the best anywhere!

This is a lovely facility, It's a newer facility also. During covid, I would like communication to improve but that is my only complaint. I would definitely recommend this community to others

This looks really good, but I don't care for the location. Given its more "urban" location, I don't think it's a perfect fit for my parents.

Luxurious community. Hotel like feeling. Staff were very friendly and professional. Didn't witness activities. Only saw a few residents in the common areas. Awesome apartments and amenities!

I have as yet no experience with care services here. The monthly fee is quite high but the building is brand new and the public spaces are elegant. My apartment is lovely with hard finish floors, marble, and glass exterior walls. Staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is up to very high commercial restaurant standards, both in decor, service and in quality of food.
