Overall it's a very caring and friendly community. However, the staff turnover is quite high. Some of the caregivers and med techs go above and beyond, and some look disengaged. For the cost of the facility, I expect more.

We picked this community, because it was close to my business and I like the area of town. Everyone knows everyone. The staff is very personable and extremely kind. They are relatively quick responding to questions and concerns. I would recommend FP for sure!

We chose Franklin Park because when you walk into memory care, it feels more like assisted living. It is high quality furnishings and does not feel institutional. They do not provide as many activities as we thought they would. My mom did end up in the hospital for some stomach problems that we warned the staff about. The food smells amazing, they cook it in assisted living and then deliver it over to memory care. The value for the money is great for us as well. I would tell others to make sure to get the med techs number that way you can call to check on them at anytime day or night. I would recommend to others looking.

This was a very nice facility. The residents seemed busy. And were out of their rooms watching a movie which was nice. It did seem a little confusing with the hallways but good spaces and lovely.

We had a very bad experience overall, the food was not edible on the memory care side, it was not good at all. Our family hired an outside agency to with the care at the community because the staff did not do much. Our loved ones clothes went missing at one point, the management was not willing to work with us and their was no leadership.

The staff members have always been nice and sweet to me, the lady that is in charge of the activities does a pretty darn good job with what she has and can do. The food does fluctuates, we have seen lunch and dinner and a lot of it is pretty repetitive. The couple of times i have been there to check on her and the supplies, and there are some meals that are really really good. We have only seen our loved one rooms and her refrigerators is right next to the door which is inconvenient because it has a hazard.

The staff in memory care varies a great deal and are not well trained. The ones who are excellent have figured it out on their own. It’s a very pretty place with very nice people. But if you are someone who wants to point out difficulties (present everywhere) with the aim of making things better for your family member, you will be accused of being too critical. The people in charge take things too personally. And that sometimes makes it difficult to communicate and to help your family member. But kudos to the morning team!!

Feb. 2020 we will have been here 3 years. The improvement in our daily life has been great. We have many on site options and attend events using the Franklin transportation. We have many wonderful new friends to dine, celebrate, and enjoy party and holiday special events with. Our families are always welcomed, in lovely guest rooms. There are options to book some for family celebrations, including food service. This is a wonderful way to age.

There is something for everyone here: arts and crafts, book club, Bible study, dominoes card games, woodworking, and the most important - exercise and balance classes plus individual instruction in the gym. Moving in is easy due to the efficiency of the move in coordinator. Staff and residents are upbeat, friendly, and kind.

Beautiful and luxurious facility. I felt like I was walking around in a maze. Views from balconies was not appealing.

Beautiful place and grounds for the independent living section. However when you go to the back of the facility where both assisted living and memory care is housed. Furniture and decor as well as grounds spoke more of less elegance and importance.

This community was nice however they just started accepting memory care residents at the beginning of the year. The community was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful on the tour. However the I was not impressed with the floor plan. The community was very clean and well cared for.
