We chose this facility because i felt it was a homey place, it did not feel cold and institutionalized. My favorite part about this facility is the people there. The workers are very outgoing and will help in anyway they can. My mom has no complaints about the food, I have never eaten there before, but the coffee is very good. The first room my mom was in was small but nice, now the room she is in is much bigger and brighter. I would definitely recommend this facility.

This screening includes a number of areas of interest such as monthly nursing assessment of resident as ordered by physician , medical examination report, community must document any substantial changes in a resident’s status which may necessitate relocation to a more specialized community , and communities must document such assessment. This type of community is required to offer a number of services. These include personal care services, assistance with self-administration of medications, nursing services, and assistance with activities of daily living .
