Staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The locaiton of the facility is great and close to my home. It was a positive respite experience.

Overall experience was good. Staff was good. The place was under a remodel & had a fire so cleanliness & disruption of life was Effected. Mom liked it there a lot only complaint was food was mediocre. From the initial tour I was very impressed with [name removed] in sales as well as [name removed] the Executive Director, and everyone I have dealt with at Grand Villa. They all made the transition for my mom so much easier than I feared it might be and the staff does such a great job of being attentive and caring for the residents. Would definitely recommend Grand Villa of Deerfield Beach to others. I have been so impressed with all of the staff there. They are all so amazing and very friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to the nurse LPN's on my mom's floor. They have been doing an amazing job and are very thorough with their care and keeping me informed of things when needed. This goes along with how impressed I have been with the staff there and the nurses who are on my mom's floor. All of the staff, including housekeeping have done a great job of caring for my mom and making sure if and when she needs something, they are on top of it right away. They seem to have very good food and a lot of options for the residents to choose from everyday. My mom has even mentioned to me how good the food is. They do seem to have quite a few different activities planned for the residents everyday, however I gave it a 4 only because my mom has mentioned a few times to me that she wishes there was more to do. She says the activities get a little repetitive, however that could just be her personal opinion. For value - This is one where it is hard for me to know for sure if the value to cost is comparable or better to other facilities since I did not look into many of them before deciding on Grand Villa. However I feel like for what you get at Grand Villa it is a great value to what my mom pays.

We love the small personal surroundings. Contact with key staff is provided via texts and ongoing. Whether I need to reach out to them or they need to reach out to me, very responsive and friendly. Attention to detail, especially related to health and safety practices, is excellent. With respect to dining, the food is not an issue but the actual service could improve (dad reports that the staff are "noisy" when serving or clearing dishes). Overall, we are all very happy.

The environment was clean The staff is kind friendly and proficient, always going above and beyond ensure the residents are comfortable. There are many activities for residents. You know the staff loves what they do because it shows in how much they care about the well-being of everyone there. I know that my loved one is in such a supportive and caring environment. Again, I highly recommend this wonderful community for anyone seeking amazing care for their family members.

I was thoroughly impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy, home-like feel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the well-being of everyone there. I highly recommend this community!

One thing I didn't appreciate was the when my mom was hospitalized they didn't do a good job keeping up with the meds. When she came back from the hospital she had several meds she was taken off of but she needed those meds. The assisted living did not cross reference the meds she came back with and my mom spent a month and a half without taking her blood pressure meds and heart meds. Now I am the one cross referencing meds to make sure

5s across the board....they treated my mother well and we would recommend Grand Villa of Deerfield Beach to other families who may need a place for their loved ones .

From the time when they called me to set an appointment they said we love dogs! I talk to the several people in the front porch they said they loved it here and that made me feel excited. I walked in and noticed a guy with a purple shirt dancing with the people. Everyone was very helpful and caring when stepping in the building and the best part was the pie contest! Everyone was having such a great time! I even signed up today to try to join the fun! Had a great tour!

Grand Villa of Deerfield Beach, delivers as promise that it looks like home and feels like family. From the very first interaction with [name removed] and [name removed] everything was perfect. It is not easy to place my mom into an assisted living. Both my children and I are thrilled we found Grand Villa, and know she will be safe and well taken care of.

We had a wonderful experience moving in to the residence. All staff and administrators were on hand to assist with the transition. I love the weekly videos of the activities taking place. Dad is happy.

The ALF side staff are exceptionally friendly, understanding and compassionate. The memory care staff are poorly staffed. While my mother was there, the nursing manager was unfriendly and argumentative, and the staff, direct staff, while very friendly didn't speak English so when you're dealing with someone who's scared and afraid and not understanding where they are and inability to communicate, makes it very difficult to calm that person down. The staff would call me all hours of the day and night to come take care of my mother when I was paying them thousands of dollars a month to take care of my mother. Upon moving my mother, I learned that the Director of nursing, [name removed], was being put in charge of memory care moving forward. [name removed] is amazing and I have no doubt that the memory care will be turned around under her direction. She's spectacular.

It seems they have a new executive director who is better, they are reaching out more to family members, and have more activities. We would recommend someone to check it out.

From the moment my mother and I walked in, I new this was exactly what we were looking for. The place is nice and clean and the staff is very friendly. The nurses are very friendly. We love the atmosphere here. I was afraid my mother was not going to like it, but she was happy to stay in this place. They really make you feel at home, in particular [Name Removed] was really nice and helpful to us and very sympathetic towards me since this was a very thought decision to let some else take care of my elderly mother. [Name Removed] was also very helpful and very friendly. I am very glad we picked out this place for my mom!

I was looking for a place for my older brother and made an appointment at Grand Villa. From the moment I stepped in the door I knew it was the right place. They are some of the most caring staff I've ever met. I toured a few others none comes close. If you are in need of elder care this is the place.

My brother has been in residence at Grand Villa for nearly a month now. The people there are very helpful and go out of their way to aid my endeavor. I help with his care from a distance of 1200 miles away from where he is located. They make my task easier, because I know he is in caring hands. I No longer worry about his medications, his meals and his safety.

I had a wonderful experience here at Grand Villa. [names removed] and everyone was very helpful. I feel very happy knowing my wife and soon I will be staying here with such compassionate people.
