We haven't had a negative experience. The hurricane is a natural disaster that is always going to be challenging. They evacuated my dad and he is safe. Yes we would recommend this community to other families. I know there is a lot of negative right now but we don't feel that way. Even my almost 89 year old father isn't complaining. It is an independent living facility. My dad gets extra support from providers we pay for. With that being said Terraces's is providing support to him during the evacuation.
The pet-friendly environment at Watercrest, including grooming and walking services, ensures our pets are as content and well-cared for as we are. It's wonderful to be in a community that values our furry companions as much as we do.
We are still getting settled and sorting out our belongings since we brought more than we need, so we haven't participated in many activities yet. We are pleased with our choice a nd so are the people we have met, many of whom have been here since they opened. It is working very well for us.
