I feel really good about my mom being at Parkway Place and in their care. I am not worried at all. Communication with the family is great, the staff knows who the residents are and chat with them. The meals are AMAZING! I would highly recommend Parkway Place to others.

My loved one was there for rehab. She could walk when she arrived at BPP, but she could not stand or walk when leaving the facility after several weeks. She had sores on her legs (I have photos) when we picked her up today. Nothing was said about them to us. I was very disappointed with the harsh way she was talked to. It made me wonder how they treated her when we weren’t there. I could not get her away from there fast enough! These are all things I saw or heard with my own eyes and ears.

We have nothing to say but good things about Parkway Place. We would recommend them to anyone looking. I would tell others that all of the staff are exceptional. Because they are part of the Buckner group, they have a Christian mindset, and philosophy.

Excellent place to live. Overall the CNAs and helpers are all very caring and personal. Food is absolutely delicious. The staff are all sympathetic and encouraging.

It is a very well run community. They provide some medical assistance-very efficiently (bringing pills to your apartment, etc.) Entertainment things are usually provided at various times of the day and evening.

I love living at Parkway. They take care of us and it's nice to have friends among the employees. The rooms are nice, meals are good, and activities are fund and intended for us to participate. It's a nice place to live and I would recommend anyone who was looking for a place to live. Fix the dryer on the 3rd floor please.

I enjoy many things we do here. The staff is very compassionate and care a lot. Dining and activities are better now that we can get out more I have fun.
