Watermere's pet grooming and walking services, along with the dedicated pet-friendly spaces, make it a paradise for our pets. We're thrilled to see our furry friends enjoying themselves as much as we do in this loving community.

We, as a senior couple, have found our joyful haven at Woodland Lakes. The community's activities bring us closer, and the friendships we've formed here are treasures. It's a place that truly understands and enhances our life together.

Living alone I was hesitant moving to Watermere at Woodland Lakes, but my residence is my haven. The well-designed living space with upscale finishes allows me to maintain my independence while enjoying the comfort and luxury I deserve at this stage of my life.

Dad's life at Watermere at Woodland Lakes is the epitome of sophistication. With upscale residences and luxury amenities, including private balconies, he's living in the lap of luxury. His delight in this exquisite lifestyle is evident in his newfound zest for life.

You were very helpful in our finding Watermere. The folks at Watermere are very good at helping new residents navigate their move. I've found residents happy with living at Watermere and anxious to help new folks get involved. The food is good, and lots of activities going on.

With the meals and dining service - Dad did said they did not have enough meals that he liked and he did not like walking over. For the activities - Dad again did not like to walk over and the only thing he found he liked was the VA meetings Overall this has been a great experience for all of us especially him. He loves the people he has met and the staff. We are very happy with everything about this place. Highly recommend this place to anyone that is interested.

I love it! Lots of friendly retired people. Lots to do. Swimming pool. We get together for table games. Exercise, beautiful places to walk. Apartments are good sized and all new. The management is very helpful. One of the best decisions I've made.

For independent living I would recommend this community to others. My only real critique is the location. It's in a very busy area so traffic is a challenge The only thing my mom says is she wishes breakfast had more variety. But for her purposes compared to where she was everything else 5's so far

The cleanliness of the facility, the friendly staff, and the look of the facility is what sticks out the most. It is a brand new place. The pricing is al a carte and we liked that so it is not all lumped into one. The apartment sizes are pretty good. I would absolutely recommend Watermere at Woodland Lakes.

Watermere at Woodland Lakes is a beautiful community for Seniors that offers great services and amenities. The best part is you can choose which services you want and only pay for what you use. As your needs change you can add more services. Also, for those that want fewer services and amenities and are more price conscious, they can choose Reserve at Woodland Lakes which is a 55+ active Senior community located on the same beautiful campus.

I have been a resident at Watermere for three years and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The accommodations are lovely and well-arranged. There are a good variety of activities from aerobic fitness to table games and yoga in which to participate. Weekly outings and happy hour are added fun. The dining room offers a wide variety of menu choices for those who don't care to cook in their fully equipped kitchens. For me because I can no longer drive, one of the best features is the transportation provided by the community bus to stores or shopping on appointed days. It's a terrific place to live and still be independent. It's almost like being on a cruise, without worrying about being seasick.

I love living here at Watermere! I am grateful that my prayers were answered when I moved into my beautiful apartment three years ago at Watermere at Woodland Lakes! A caring staff, delicious meals, fun activities , and the best of neighbors make this my forever home.

After my mom passed away, we thought it would be a good idea for my dad to downsize to an over 55 community. Dad toured Watermere and signed a lease the following day. This has been an incredible blessing for him. The Watermere community offers so many opportunities for social interactions with other residents, and the amenities, including transportation to doctor appointments, grocery stores, department stores, etc. means that it isn’t necessary for any of the residents to need a vehicle. What my family and I really love about Watermere is the amazing service from management. It does not matter how large or small the need, the management team treats every request as an important priority. We never question whether or not dad is in great hands. This provides us with a great sense of security. Thank you Watermere, and especially [name removed] , for all that you do for dad.

I have lived at Watermere for over 2 years. I love it. I am living my best life at 84. I love my beautiful one bedroom apartment that is just perfect for me. Watermere offers so very much to make my life ideal. I have activities available. In fact, there are so many options, I find it hard to decide which one I want to do each day. We have driver, [name removed], that will take us to events, doctors appointments, and the grocery store. I still drive, but it is nice to know I have [name removed] when I have to give up driving. Our director, [name removed], is the best. She, actually, loves us and we love her back. If you don’t come and check us out, you will have missed a great opportunity. I liked it so much on my first visit, I signed a lease.. I am so happy I made that decision. Come see me and have lunch with me. You will love Watermere.

Great on-site team, especially the maintenance staff. Work orders get completed quickly with fantastic communication through the process! I also love all of the events, activities, and overall family feel

I would just like to give my praise to Watermere at Woodland Lakes for giving my grandparents such a loving and caring communication. After visiting my grandparents it was great to see how loving and patient the team was towards them. And when trying to look for information on their website, Facebook page or calling to ask a team member, they were absolutely helpful and patient!

Watermere at Woodland Lakes is an incredible facility that offers the perfect balance of home and community. They have a highly skilled team that cares and respects each resident individually. They show an understanding that each resident has their own unique set of needs and requests, and it shows in the way that they interact with each individual community member that gives it a true "family feel" environment.

The thing that consistently impresses me with this community is the level of service by all the staff. Knowing that the same staff that opened the building are still there today says a lot about their commitment to the residents. While things aren’t perfect they go above to communicate with status updates and try to resolve issues timely.

Great community and even better staff. Couldn’t be more friendly and informative during my search for my grandmother! Ultimately they didn’t end up moving to Houston but I would recommend Watermere at Woodland Lakes to everyone! Their villas are amazing too!
