My loved one is currently a resident at Brookdale Nacogdoches and everything is great for her here! The only thing that I can think to comment about is the staff turnover. But, some of the people who leave do return. I would highly recommend this facility to others.
I would have to say 5 for all the categories. Everything so far with Brookdale San Marcos South has been great. What we like the most is the staff.
