Wonderful caring facility. If you are looking for a facility that cares for your loved one in all aspects that can be imagined. Delaney is the place to bring them. Everyone knows your loved one by name. For that matter they also know mine. This included all aspects from Dining to care givers to leaders of establishment. Every single person here takes the time to listen and know residents deeply. The level of TRUST I have with facility and personnel is complete. I have been to alternate facilities similar that say they compare....they just do not. When you walk in the overall feeling one gets is friendly, caring, calm and patient. All of your loved needs are taken care of completely.. Dad has been here for 2 years. He is in Memory care now. He is just so Happy. So well cared for. One last thing is the Management team goes beyond the call of duty to support trying to accommodate your loved one and your needs with them as well. I am extremely detailed and OCD with all aspects of Dads care. Delaney just is amazing in they way that they take care of him. You will not be disappointed. They comprehensively are just the best at what they do. Oh and when COVID is over and done with. And you can have sit down meals again....Delaney makes the BEST BEER BATTERED ONION RINGs you have ever had. Lol. Just cannot tell you enough about the people and the facility. You will not be dissapointed

Autumn Leaves of Georgetown

5 stars for all! The staff are super nice and caring. Only one negative would be that I think they need someone to man the door, sometimes it takes a while for them to let me in when I ring the doorbell. Sometimes I have to ring several times. If staff is busy I understand the patient care comes first, but there needs to be someone assigned to let visitors in.

Arbor House of Marble Falls
5.0

I would definitely recommend the facility. Our final decision to go with Arbor House included feedback from neighbors who had family that stayed there and from friends who currently lived there. The food is very good and a la' carte approach to services makes the approach more affordable. The staff are very caring people and the facilities are very nice (clean and well laid out).

Complete guide to nursing homes

Lampasas, Texas

Nursing Homes

A nursing home provides lodging to two or more seniors who have no family relation to the administrator. This type of residence provides its residents with around-the-clock care administered by registered nurses. These nurses offer specialized care for those who are unable to properly care for their own needs.

Nursing homes are a familiar and comfortable care alternative for persons 65 years or older, however nursing homes will frequently admit persons 55 and older which is uncommon for other senior care types.Nursing homes are required to provide routine personal hygiene items, medically-related social services, nursing and related services, and specialized rehabilitative services (treatment for mental illness or intellectual disability) to residents. As a resident of a nursing home, you can expect the right to have protections against involuntary transfer or discharge, get information on services and fees, be free from restraints, and exercise your rights as a U.S. citizen. Often times persons might decide life in a nursing home over another type of facility due to a mental or physical condition that makes it difficult for them to accomplish their standard of living. The most common mental condition experienced by residents of nursing homes is dementia, which can hinder their decision making capacities, and familiarity, and memory recall. Types of care services and amenitiesprovided at nursing homes can include social and recreational activities, bill pay, help with shopping and transportation, and friendly visitor programs.
