My mother has been at The Pointe since February 2023 and absolutely loves it. The first few days were tough for her but once she made friends and started enjoying all of the activities she was hooked!! It is a small place so the employees remember our names which makes us feel very welcome. The Director, [name removed], is AWESOME. She makes herself available to the family at all times and is caring and helpful to find solutions when things come up. We recently asked our mother if she would rather come home again and she was very firm in her answer that she wants to stay at The Pointe because she loves it. Our experience with The Pointe At Cedar Park was not good, it was a negative experience. At times they did not have adequate staffing and we would not recommend them.

The Pointe staff was nice. It was a good tour, but the facility a bit dated which is why we chose [facility name removed] Both seemed equal other than the age of building.
I didn't really love The Pointe at Cedar Park because the facilities were a bit older and the director who gave me my tour seemed rushed and hurried to get me out the door.

It's small and better suited for my loved one Other places were too big & expensive. They are at the right price point.

My mother was a resident for 10 years. The staff became her second family and they cared for her and loved her like she was theirs. She praised the food, participated in activities, and was pleased to call it home.

I found this place online. My wife needs help and I can't do it. The people here are so great with her. I visit she is not easy and they do a good care every day

I’ve met many of the staff and residents, as I am a volunteer. And from what I see, everyone is really happy with either the care they receive or provide for the residents. And the meals are fresh, highly recommend. They provide many social activities as well, from singers and small bands, recognition of Veterans who have served our Country, and many other activities.

I was hesitant to move my mother in law in due to her memory care needs, I know sometimes that process can be difficult. However, the staff went out of their way to greet, comfort, and make her feel at home right away. This was very surprising and made the transition a lot easier. The only downfall is that this community is not specifically designed for those in need of memory care, so I'm afraid that she won't be able to stay here for long.

I wish I never had to move. My family wanted me close to them. My caregivers were all great. The two managers are so helpful. The building is a little older but so I am.
