Memory Care
They have done a really good job at keeping me informed. My mom is in the memory care unit, so there is a lot of extra care that is involved. But they do a good job of staying on top of any issues that arise. We decided to have her care transferred from her primary care doctor to the doctor associated with Brookdale, and I feel like she's getting very good care there. My mom loves the food, and she's eating well. They do a really nice job at keeping them busy in the memory care unit as well. I never could have guessed that we would end up needing care when we did, and everything happened so fast. It was a tough transition to make, but they did everything they could do to not overwhelm me and to make it as smooth and easy of a process as possible.
The staff is very nice and friendly, They also get to know the resident's and family members' names. The food is good and they are very accommodating and will make sure that the residents eat. The activities are great and they change it all the time. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience
I would highly recommend this community. They have activities like baking, art projects, they take them out to lunches, when the weather is nicer they go outside and also musical entertainment to keep the residents busy in the community. The staff I am very comfortable with taking care of my loved one.
