We really like the nursing staff and the manager, our only complaint we have about the place is over the weekends there are no regular staff members. The rooms are nice, and our loved ones thing the food is good.
So far I'm very satisfied with Villa Ventura!!! I'm extremely pleased with [name removed] who set the expectation for the facility!!! She went over and beyond to accommodate getting my mom situated with limited notice. Most of the Interim Home Health staff are great as well. The food is good and appropriate temperature but the residents have to sit and wait for their food way to long. When it comes to the activities they have for the residents there are crafts, history talks, bingo, games, movies, outings, manicures, happy hour, Bible study, church service.
