This screening includes a number of areas of interest such as medical examination report, community must document any substantial changes in a resident’s status which may necessitate relocation to a more specialized community , communities must document such assessment, and monthly nursing assessment of resident as ordered by physician . Staff members obtain training in a variety of areas. These include: community emergency procedures, providing assistance with activities of daily living, 26 hours of training plus a competency test, and community sanitation procedures. This type of community is required to have a staff member on duty 24 hours a day. The minimum number of residents for this community type is 1. There must be one toilet for every 1 residents and one bath or shower for every 1 residents.
