The Madyson at Palm Beach Gardens

The daily caregivers seem to be very friendly and communicative There seems to be frequent turnover in middle and upper management. Rooms are spacious with built-in wardrobes. My father is in memory care and I am very pleased with the daily activities schedule. which includes exercise ,arts and crafts and water aerobics twice a week. I received the monthly activity calendar via email from the coordinator. I find this very helpful so I can plan my visits depending on what activities are happening. They also have many outside groups that come in sing dance, monthly themes, cooking classes. He also goes on an outing on the community bus once a week. I find this all very stimulating for his health.

Put my mom here one year ago. Leadershop has changed three times. Interim leadership in place today. Tremendous staff turnover. Often do not have staffing as required for assisted living facilities. Some nights, they have NO certified nursing assistants on the floor. Was a great place when we put mom there last year. Facility focused on profit not residents. Choose somewhere else at this time

Overall fine. Better attention needed by assistant staff. Not sure about recommendations.

The staff members at the community were very attentive and the meals and dining service was very good. Based on the experience we had with The Madyson community, we would recommend them to other families.

It's close to where I live. My parents are happy. Expect to sit a long time during meals.

This community is quite beautiful and has a lot of fun things to do. If you are looking for a wonderful community (HOME!!!) to place a loved on, I highly recommend. The staff is amazing and the food is great. The grounds are well maintained. Highly recommend.

If your loved one wishes to receive medical care provided through the facility, make sure they are on a Medicare PPO not an HMO. Staff is very friendly and caring. Residents are engaged in activities throughout the day. And during meal service have two options of entrées and are seated at a nice dining table with linen and china. I would recommend The Madyson at Palm Beach Gardens to other families looking.

I cannot rave enough about The Madyson. It’s all about the staff from the front desk on up to [name removed] the General Manager. My mom is receiving great care - thank you to all the Aides! A shout out to The Chef who does a wonderful job preparing meals and to the amazing staff who help serve the food. I watch as they are so caring and helpful to the residents who might need a little extra support. Thank you also to [name removed], who is one of the drivers. [He] has taken good care of my mom when he’s taken to her play cards or to see her doctor. He’s incredibly respectful. We are grateful mom is now living at The Madyson. This is a review about [name removed], the Director of Engagement, not the facility. She is the best thing about this facility. She is energetic, always smiling and truly loves her job, She is always engaging the residents and communicating with the family. They are so lucky to have her. If you are seeking activity engagement for your loved one, [name removed] is an expert in this!

What a beautiful and dignified community. The Madyson has so much to offer for all assisted, independent and memory care individuals, that is very rare in this industry. It is so refreshing to see that the independent, assisted living and memory care residents all receive the same level of service (first class). What a very thoughtful community.

I MOVED INTO THEN YOUR LIFE IN [date removed] WITH MY FAILING WIFE OF 60 YEARS - SHE PASSED AWAY ON [date removed]. I DECIDED TO STAY ALTHOUGH I REQUIRED NO ASSISTANCE. I MOVED OUT SIX MONTHS LATER TO A CONDO IN JUPITER. OUR EXPERIENCE AT MADYSON WAS WONDERFUL - A FEW ROUGH SPOTS AS THE MAGT COMPANY CHANGED BUT OVER ALL A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THE STAFF ARE WONDERFUL AND ALONG WITH THE RESIDENTS BECAME PART OF MY FAMILY. I RETURN VISIT AT LEAST MONTHLY TO VISIT ALL THE FRIENDS WE MAD EWHILE THERE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MADYSON AS A HOME FOR THE NEEDY.

I visited with my Dad. It is a beautiful place, feels like a resort. There is an ice cream parlor right near the pool and a movie theater. The food was really good and they had music by a fire pit!

The staff is caring and compassionate, always willing to help each other for the common goal which is what is best for the residents. Making them feel as comfortable and at home as possible. The facility is beautiful. The courtyard is a perfect area for residents to safely enjoy some sunshine and fresh air. An absolute wonderful place.

Recently toured this community and WOW! Amazing food, staff was smiling, and the residents appeared happy and active! Also liked that they offer independent, assisted and memory care so your loved one can age in place. Totally recommend this community for a loved one.

I visited this community during the hurricane. The staff was fantastic, the food was amazing and I had an incredible time! I highly recommend them!
