Memory Care
We chose The Harmony Collection because the space that it offered, the activities, the cleanliness, and just the overall feel of it. Everyone seemed like they were on top of their game. She has a bedroom with a shared bathroom, so it is a little on the smaller side but it does work for her needs. The staff are very attentive and helpful and I would recommend them to others looking.
1. community has been remodeled and updated. which is a plus! 2. staff goes over and above when visiting and communicating by mail. 3. love seeing my mom loved and cared for by staff. 4. new administrator has made a great plus to the community. 5. staff is wonderful! [name removed] is a wonderful aide. 6. thank you for caring for my mom! this isn't an easy task.
We chose Brookdale because my sister and her son visited a few places and they liked this one the best. The room sizes here seemed adequate. The food was better when it was served in the dining area, once COVID started the food was not as good when it was served in the room. Their billing was ok, but when my sister was in the hospital there should have been credits given for her care. The credits they made were not correct so I have been working with them for 2 months and I still do not have an answer.
