TerraBella Pheasant Ridge

Communication would be a great improvement! I signed up for two showers a week and it was weeks before the first shower... my mother stunk! Residents do not seem happy... my Mother was definitely not happy! Food was good and the cafeteria staff was very nice! They did not live up to making the bird feeders happen. My Mother loves wildlife and it brings her joy. Old people in assisted living don't have many joys. Great sales pitch, but they didn't follow through.

A couple of nurses were awesome. Overall I was disappointed. My mother was not treated with the respect she deserves. My dad was the patient. My mom expected better communication.

They were always ready to answer any questions I had my mom is currently in her own home, but if the time comes when she has to have assisted living, I would have my mom go to Terra Bella Pheasant Ridge. I honestly think that the staff made my mom feel at home.

It's a very pretty environment in the common areas and landscaping. They decorate nicely for all holidays. My mother is total care and most visits her room is not clean and bed not made. They were short staffed until recently so it's getting better. She's been in about 6 facilities in ny and Va. I would say it's the second best facility.

The services are great, and they seem to be a good for the cost of the facility. I am disappointed that some treats and items go missing, but that's probably a problem at any facility.Terra Bella was the best facility we toured for the price, and their staff seemed caring, friendly, and professional. The areas were all bright and well maintained.

TerraBella Pheasant Ridge was fantastic the whole time that my loved one was a resident there. The staff was fantastic and went out of their way to take care of my loved one. The pricing was some of the best in the valley and we checked everybody. The housekeeping was great. The move in and out process was very easy and we had no problems.

Overall I've been disappointed. The care level is what I expected. However they don't follow through with phone calls or relaying info. As part of my father's daily care my mother is suppose to receive a call with a daily report. She rarely gets it. Some nurses have been a positive, some have literally laughed at my mom.

We are very happy with TerraBella Pheasant Ridge. My mom is well taken care of and participating in common areas, which she didn't do beforehand. Every single staff member have been and continue to be very welcoming. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend the community to other families.

These people, to include the CNAs, Med-techs, director of nursing [name removed], administrator, and activities director [name removed] are AMAZING! They care for your loved ones and make sure they get the care they deserve

I am impressed with the activities at Terra Bella Assisted Living and Memory Care. They offer fun crafts, games, wine socials and community outings to restaurants and local merchants. They are always open to suggestions on new places to go! The staff is friendly and helpful. It's all about the fun!

My mother was there for approximately two years ! She did enjoy her time there. And there was always something to do. The activities were amazing! There was balloon volleyball, concerts, Bible study, BINGO was her favorite! They had games, puzzles along with wine and cheese tasting! Sunday Church services every week and some sing alongs! The staff was good to the residents and their families. The food was good and snacks were always available! You really could go wrong with them! My Mama was special to us and we made sure she was taken care of and well entertained!

My Mom loves living here at Terrabella Pheasant Ridge. The community here is warm and friendly. She receives Excellent care. The nursing staff is very efficient and caring. The community is always hoping with activities. The Celebration Director schedules the day full of games, crafts, music and other activities. The grounds are beautiful. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends.

When your loved one requires Assisted Living and/or Memory Care there is a difference in a company being fully staffed with employees vs. being staffed with employees who truly show they care and love the residents. That is the feeling you get when you engage with Pheasant Ridge. Ensuring quality of life is very important and it shines through. The activities program is one of the best I have seen and there is always events and activities to bring the residents together and give them excitement and joy during the day.

My mother has has been here for three years. We have been extremely satisfied with the care, professionalism, cleanliness, activities, individual attention and the staff that work so hard to be sure all residents are taken care of. If we need anything, they are very prompt and willing to work with us. We are so impressed and grateful for the care she is receiving.

Our father is in a wheelchair now. He gets good care. The staff has been very helpful, they answer all our questions so we are not kept in the dark. My father, who can be picky about his food, finds the food satisfying.

Use your own judgement but you will never know unless you are there long enough! Do a lot of work before you choose here. You must stay involved if your loved one needs any kind of special attention...

My loved one is in a safe environment, the food is good, and I just overall think it is a very nice place. The staff are all very patient with the residents. I like what I see when I go in as far as interaction between the staff and residents who are out. The activities are good, but I do think they need to improve on the encouragement and getting more people out of their rooms to go do those activities. If I had to do it all over again, I would still choose TerraBella Pheasant Ridge.

[name removed] is a great director, it is a nice community but it needs some improvements
