Memory Care
We chose The Harmony Collection because the space that it offered, the activities, the cleanliness, and just the overall feel of it. Everyone seemed like they were on top of their game. She has a bedroom with a shared bathroom, so it is a little on the smaller side but it does work for her needs. The staff are very attentive and helpful and I would recommend them to others looking.
We chose Brookdale because my sister and her son visited a few places and they liked this one the best. The room sizes here seemed adequate. The food was better when it was served in the dining area, once COVID started the food was not as good when it was served in the room. Their billing was ok, but when my sister was in the hospital there should have been credits given for her care. The credits they made were not correct so I have been working with them for 2 months and I still do not have an answer.
TerraBella Pheasant Ridge was fantastic the whole time that my loved one was a resident there. The staff was fantastic and went out of their way to take care of my loved one. The pricing was some of the best in the valley and we checked everybody. The housekeeping was great. The move in and out process was very easy and we had no problems.
