We had an urgency finding mom a nice assisted Living/Memory Care place that she could move into and feel comfortable and taken care of. We can't say enough about the entire staff so far.

I recently had the opportunity to experience SaddleBrook Assisted Living and Memory Care and I am genuinely impressed by the exceptional quality of care provided. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that this facility prioritizes the well-being and comfort of its residents. Care: The level of care at SaddleBrook is nothing short of excellent. The staff are attentive, compassionate, and go above and beyond to meet the needs of each resident. It's clear that they are highly trained and dedicated to providing a supportive and nurturing environment. Meals: The dining experience is equally impressive. The meals are not only nutritious but also delicious, with a variety of options that cater to different tastes and dietary requirements. The attention to detail in meal preparation is commendable. My parents first moved into a two bedroom with an office. Very large and comfortable. After my mom passed away my dad moved into a one bedroom. Rooms are good size except for living room...no room for a couch. He likes the food...large variety. Staff very friendly. They go on field trips, programs come in, movie night, games, salon( kind of expensive) and a good place to walk.

From the initial visit, back in July, through moving in day [date removed] until now we are extremely pleased. The director, nursing staff, everyone has been terrific. She has her meds managed by [name removed] and has additional care such as redirecting, reminding etc. As needed. My Mother-in-law has adjusted well and we are all very relieved she is in a safe and caring place. She is in the Assisted Living area in a studio apartment.

My parents have been very pleased with the care they have received at Symphony, including daily nurse checks by LPNs and bathing & dressing assistance for my mom. The facility is clean, bright colors, attractive and quiet facility. Attentive and caring staff. Activities have been minimal these first two years which works well for people who prefer a quiet space. And they have picked up recently with a new director. We would highly recommend Symphony Assisted living to other families.

The staff are very helpful to point you in the right direction if they can't immediately answer questions. The concierge is on call 24 hrs a day. The maintenance staff have been incredibly helpful when her phone, tv, or computer has gone out... it's not their job to fix those things) Her apartment is set up with all new equipment (stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, laundry, large pantry, and a nice veranda. My stepmom is in the Independent Living Area, and her building is like a very nice hotel/condo complex.)

My parents lived in three different places. This was by far the best.

my brother n law went everyday to see my sister and I came every other month. Never did I see or smell any bad odors. The patients were always clean and the staff were very attentive. I would see the CNAs holding their hands, hugging them and feeding them in the dining room. My sister was there for 19 months before she passed and I was never once disappointed with her care. I am so thankful for A Place for Mom since you directed me there. Thank you for the wonderful and supportive service you provide, you really are a life saver not only for the patients but also for the families

It was the wisest decision we ever made for our parents and I'm keeping it in my pocket for myself when the time comes! Friends have been impressed as well.

We have had a great experience at this facility. It’s clean and also more affordable. Staff is very caring, and the head of physical therapy especially worked with us to find the right insurance plan that would cover my mom. The director is also a nurse, and really cares about the residents and understands their needs.

Our experience with Tylers Mill has been quite pleasant. The staff is friendly and caring like family and they’re always eager to help. They all pitch in together as a team which helps the community thrive. Even their Executive Director is very hands on and personable, ensuring care is given appropriately. The residents that I’ve come to know seem pretty happy (including my loved one). They enjoy daily activities and fun times as one big happy family which is a major plus for me. Everything about Mira Vie gets a 5, they are top notch. The staff at Mira Vie are professional, courtesy, flexibility, understanding & compassion for individuals needs. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this agency to other families

Symphony Senior Living is a lovely facility inside and out. The rooms are nice. The grounds are clean. The courtyard is sunny and beautiful landscaped. The caregivers are attentive, the Activity Director is always coming up with fun ideas, and there’s 24 hour nursing, which is a huge plus… and the food is good! The former facility, where my mom lived, did not have nighttime nursing, and it was a huge concern for my family. And on top of all of this, Symphony senior living is affordable! I highly recommend Symphony!

I have recommended Inspired Living to others in the past.

Overall has been a good experience, mom doesn't like it, but they're helping her, and she's just a bit confused as to what is going on. Staff comes in to clean up daily, laundry weekly, any issues I report and they're fixed. While there is some visible exhaustion, I can understand. All the staff are helpful and someone is usually easy to locate, nursing staff is good as well. External nurses and doctors have been good. As far as I've seen, care quality is fine, they are watchful and usually can assist in a timely manner. Food looks fine, probably fine. Of course mom complains about it, but she mostly ate waffles, muffins, or soup before going in. While my mom sometimes holes herself in her room, the staff does try to get them out for activities and exercise. There seem to be plenty of activities including art and bingo. They even did a diamond art event, and I gave her a bunch of those to work on when she was bored. It is getting a bit out of my price range, but there seems to be plenty of stuff to do and it seems to be a good place for elder memory care. I would recommend them to other families.

It was the Chelsea in West Milford And I give them all 5 stars. Not one complaint. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Our loved one has been moved to a different community [community name removed] but Inspired Living was great. However, when she fractured her femur it became hard for her to navigate the large facility and she became more agitated. Not due to staff but rather size of the facility. Both places have been great for mom. If she was walking we would have left her at Inspired. Great staff and program.

The Memory Care Facility is outstanding!! Staff are caring & very attentive to my husbands needs and condition. He is happy & safe!! I I am so grateful for the care he is given 24-7! Inspired Living Lakewood Ranch is easily 5 Star !!

This is easy. I would rate it a 5 across the board. The experience with Mira Vie West Milford has been wonderful and my mother is so happy there. The experience with A Place for Mom was also excellent. The whole process was so smooth. I'm very thankful for your assistance in finding Mira Vie.
