Symphony Assisted Living

We have had an excellent experience with my Mom’s care at Symphony. The staff from top to bottom is caring, informative and I truly believe they love and are passionate about caring for the elderly in new stages of life. They listen to my concerns and communicate very effectively what they see with my Mom. The workers and residents seem happy to be where they are and it has been a blessing for our family knowing my Mom is taken care of!

Mom's Place

What we like the most about Symphony Assisted Living is the basic cleanliness both in property and in members. Lots of windows i.e. Lots of light. We would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

Would like it that my mother would be more encouraged to be involved in activities! Go outside in rockers instead of staying in room watching Fox News all day! At least she gets her medicine and has caregivers check on her!

Parents so happy

My parents have been very pleased with the care they have received at Symphony, including daily nurse checks by LPNs and bathing & dressing assistance for my mom. The facility is clean, bright colors, attractive and quiet facility. Attentive and caring staff. Activities have been minimal these first two years which works well for people who prefer a quiet space. And they have picked up recently with a new director. We would highly recommend Symphony Assisted living to other families.

symphony, senior living is a lovely, peaceful place with excellent care

Symphony Senior Living is a lovely facility inside and out. The rooms are nice. The grounds are clean. The courtyard is sunny and beautiful landscaped. The caregivers are attentive, the Activity Director is always coming up with fun ideas, and there’s 24 hour nursing, which is a huge plus… and the food is good! The former facility, where my mom lived, did not have nighttime nursing, and it was a huge concern for my family. And on top of all of this, Symphony senior living is affordable! I highly recommend Symphony!

Staff and leadership are transparent and very accessible. Willing to answer any question and support the decision makers during this difficult time. The facility is very clean and kept in great condition. Communication with the family is excellent. They are responsive and very professional and supportive. The move in process was easy, great support from facility and everything was ready in the room, as promised. They make it as close to home as possible. Food quantity is great. Thoughtful and well planned meals. They are accommodating to family visiting and joining meal time. The family dining area for visitors is very thoughtful. I would 100% recommend this facility to others. The administration and staff are top notch.

Definitely recommended

I would definitely recommend them. The staff is very caring and we felt like they were family. The facility is nice, clean and beautiful. My loved one thought he was at a nice hotel. They matched him with some other gentlemen with similar interests and he really enjoyed visiting with the other residents.

I toured this facility and wasn't impressed. They were in the process of integrating a new Executive Director. We liked the facility itself, but the layout wasn't good and they didn't offer good activities. There's no reception desk when you walk in, just the nursing station. No common room for the residents to gather or interact. It seemed like most of the residents stayed in their rooms. I actually had a higher member of management verbally tell me that she wouldn't put her loved one in this facility if it were her.

Tour experience

What was so fascinating about Symphony was the man that built the facility had family experience with family members needing care. He built the facility around what he had learned. The 2 levels of care (assisted living and memory care) the rooms are all built around a big outdoor space that way year round the residents are able to look into that space and go outside whenever they want to. The layout is just amazing. Unfortunately the location was too far away from me though.

Run, do not walk away

Moved my mom in [date removed] to AL. Within 2 months the chef, nursing director, activities director all vanished. Food is like prison food-bologna sandwiches for supper! Had to beg to get my mom's apartment cleaned so we did it ourselves multiple times. This place will not stay in business much longer as it is still almost empty and another woman moved her mom out the same week we did. The good nurses also left. Staff is nice and friendly but they seem to be eating a lot all of the time.

Would highly recommend

When we toured Symphony the gal who is in charge was very nice and did a good job answering all of our questions and she was very personable. The community at the time was not opened yet so it had this new smell to it and everything was just unbelievable. All the furnishings were new, it was well decorated and very open and bright feeling. Our loved one has a companion suite which they like and it financial works out best for us. The dining service is good, but the quality of the meals could use a little improvement, they are not the best.

Family Owned

When looking for a place for your parents to be securely taken care of, this is the place. Within several days of moving my parents in, I met the owner of the facility, yes the owner! This was on top of the caring people who work there. Everyone wants to make sure your family members are getting the care they deserve. The nurses, caretakers, dining staff, front office, everyone has made us feel like we are at home. It is definitely a different feeling to feel you are part of a family and not just a resident. This place does this for my parents and me. I needed help with all my parents needs and very reasonable. You will not find another place like this one! I have search personally all of Franklin and Spring Hill, this is one of the best place to be. They have been a blessing in our family lives and have truly reduce the stress I felt every day! Thank you everyone at Symphony!

Our tour experience

Our family had a tour experience and they made us believe this was going to be the best and wonderful place for our loved one, however they then told us it was not opened yet and were going to send us to their sister community which was not corporate. We liked this community so much we even left a deposit down for an apartment when they did open.
