The staff is very friendly and helpful, and you have activities, except for Saturday and Sunday. They have transportation within a ten mile radius and no charge. They also do outings, such as trips to grocery stores and restaurants. The move in was easy. The meals are good, but should be more healthy and not seafood so much due to allergies. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Everybody was extremely nice and helpful in getting me in touch with the right resources to move my loved one into the place. I thought it was a good facility and I can not think of any improvements that need to be made.
This facility is unique. Mid 2015 it was purchased by a new owner, who is also the Director and she has improved the Home dramatically, with fresh paint, new carpet and hardwoods. It is a smaller facility that has a very residential feel. The rooms are big, the staff are friendly, caring and attentive to the residents needs...and the price is more affordable than the more corporate facilities. I was happy to have my Father living in and being cared for at this facility.

Independent Living Communities offer seniors a nice equilibrium between living an independent lifestyle and not having to worry about housekeeping. Basic tasks such as meal preparation and housekeeping are handled by staff and a calendar of recreational and leisure activities is maintained, allowing residents the autonomy to use their time as they wish, free from daily responsibilities. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy an opportunity to live among peers, in a community with others of similar ages and backgrounds. Residents’ quarters consist of a private living space with their own kitchen.
