It was love at first sight for me. The grounds are gated and beautiful! The residents are very friendly and outgoing. And the modern renovations to the apartments, especially the open floor plans and kitchen islands are spectacular! I love my apartment! The grounds and facilities are immaculate. We have valet trash pickup daily from in front of our doors .The maintenance staff is very efficient and friendly. Will fulfill your maintenance requests in a timely fashion (most times within 24 hours). The staff is very professional and caring about their residents. They are always willing to go the extra mile. This is a totally independent active senior community. The living quarters are full apartments that you provide your own furnishings, and are ADA compliant. There is no food service or medical care here. However, we are 5 minutes away from Emory Hospital, Johns Creek and surrounded by medical offices and services. We also have a robust activity schedule, pool and gym, and a wonderful activities director.0 Best of all walking distance to stores, restaurants, and grocery stores. I made a great decision choosing to reside at Park at Johns Creek. Drop by for a tour and see for yourself. You'll be glad you did! A Happy Camper!

She had nothing but nice things to say about this facility. I was very surprised because we have been to other facilities that did missed a box off my checklist. This place had nice staff and it is very clean. Well managed!

My parents are very happy with the apartment and amenities. They especially like the impromptu socializing around the lawn and gazebo with neighbors in the evenings and the fact that they can join in activities when they want but not feel pressured if the would rather do something else. It has been a great move for them. The movie days could be better. Projector is not always working correctly and maybe show some older classic movies??

Park at Johns Creek is a GREAT place for independent seniors. I would move here myself! If you cannot drive then this would not be the place. They have tons of supportive activities provided for the residents and they even take trips to Kroger. The staff were all so nice. It is in a great location and close to Emery Hospital. I wish I could have moved her here but she needed more care.
I cannot rate their activities, though they seem to have at least five a day. My mother has not taken advantage of this service that they offer. Rent for a two bedroom is [fee removed] a month. I would say that that is extremely high for a two bedroom apartment, but their facility is 13 years old and looks brand new, there environment is beautiful and seems to be very safe. It's perfectly located within five minutes of all my mothers doctors appointments. They provide lots of activities for the residents to get together. The staff has been very helpful since my mom moved in. So in this case I would say you get what you pay for. I would move here when I retire.

Park at Johns Creek is the perfect place for Seniors that still like to come and go and still do things on their on. They have many activities both individual and as a group. They provide a bus that will pick you up and drop you off and if needed, they come back and get you. They take you to doctors appointments if needed and many other services. It's a very nice place to live. Thank You A Place for Mom for connecting me with them.
Park at Johns Creek is a wonderful place and they have helped me immensely. They have taken me under their wing and really made me feel like family. The activities that are provided are excellent. I have nothing bad at all to say about them. It is a gated community so it is very safe. It is supposed to be a smoke free environment but I think there is someone in our building who smokes so that may need to be reinforced again a little bit. The only other thing I could suggest is putting a trash can by the doors as you come in or go out. I would definitely recommend them to others and already have done so.

We chose Park at Johns Creek because of the location, atmosphere, and the fact that mom does not need additional care or meals provided. The apartment sizes are pretty good. Overall she has been happy here and we would definitely recommend to others looking.

I moved into my third-floor two bedroom/two bath apartment here at Park at Johns Creek in May, during the COVID-19 time. It was stressful, of course, but the people here were so friendly and wanting to be helpful (I say "wanting" because the restrictions due to the virus made it difficult for people to actually join in) that I immediately felt I was in the "right" place. Since then I have certainly not had reason to change my thoughts about living here. Even though the activities were very limited when I first moved in, they have since loosened up and worked very hard to get virtual classes, games, etc. and as many other activities as possible while still practicing "social distancing". The staff here are wonderful, maintenance problems are taken care of quickly, efficiently, and always with a smile! Speaking of smiles, the office staff couldn't be more helpful, friendly, and supportive. The grounds are kept beautifully and I can't think of anything negative to say about The Park at Johns Creek. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, safe and friendly place to live.

The staff is just fantastic, and the maintenance staff is amazing they do a fantastic job. This community is apartment living so there are no care services provided. However the management is really great, they know all the residents by name. They are constantly reaching out to everyone to check on them and see how things are going. They call to wish everyone a happy birthday, as well as happy holidays, for example like Mother's Day and Father's Day. The apartments are beautiful, updated and spacious. The grounds are perfectly taken care and just beautiful. Before COVID the activities were fabulous. They currently offer activities with social distancing, those are exercise classes in the pool, and bible studies. They have had food trucks come, like a taco truck. Park At St/ Johns is just amazing!

We were residents at Park at John's Creek. I believe we were there for approximately two years. The office staff is very helpful. At the time we were there, we had many activities we could attend. Most of the community is Senior Citizens. There are a few younger families and the children were well behaved. We had one young lady who we'd tip to walk our dog. It was nice to be able to do that. Residents normally picked up after their pets. This was a pet friendly community. The maintenance assistants were very helpful (especially [name removed]). Most of the time there were only two maintenance workers but they did their best keeping up with demands. There is a new apartment building that was added after our departure. The rent was reasonable but did go up each year. To be fair, most apartments do increase every year. Signing a lease can help with monthly pricing. If you're able to sign a two year lease I would recommend to do so. Park at John's Creek has a nice smaller pool. My understanding is the pool is currently heated. The office and recreational area is nice and cozy. There are individual post office boxes with your own key in the back area. A beautician came in for patrons with appointments. Overall, we enjoyed living at Park at John's Creek. We recommend visiting [name removed](in the office) for your rental needs.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community. All of the staff where very friendly and had a lot of great information to provide my mother and I during our tour. The apartments where clean and had nice amenities in the rooms. It was just not the right location for my mother.

We liked Park well enough to sign a lease. They are easy to work with, and respond to requests for information. In our case we started our lease a month or so before moving in so that we got the floor plan we wanted.

My mother in law is doing better here at these senior apartments. Everything has worked well, we are pleased. The staff here have been kind and friendly. They do a good job with keeping the community well maintained. When we visit the grounds and the facility are nice and clean. A place for mom was great with all the help they provided. These are nice senior apartments, and I would recommend it.

A Place for Mom has scored Park at Johns Creek 10 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score.
