5 on all. it's clean and staff is friendly and we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Mom would like more green veggies and better seasoning, sandwiches don't even have mayo on them. Team is friendly, place is clean, great value, mom would like a church service there. Overall she is pleased

Facility was great and it was exceptional to walk through the doors and have no smells of urine or bleach All staff were exceptional, from kitchen, CNA's, nurses, administrative and maintenance. Everyone went out of their way to make the transition as smooth and easy as possible Our experience with Magnolia was great.

They were so helpful, loving and caring. I would go there myself. Cleaner than others and the people were genuine and kind the price was great compared to others.

The staff does a good job keeping up with mom's medications and helping her get ready for the day and at bedtime, and keeps her room clean. We do have communication with the the staff and address any issues that we have asap. The move in process was good and they made her feel welcome when we arrived. I would recommend this facility based on the other sites we were seeing and this one fit our need.

Magnolia Senior Living at Loganville has been the best possible place for [name removed]. He is safe and as mobile as possible under these circumstances. The personalized care really does show. We are very happy with this connection and based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend Magnolia Senior Living to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

The staff is very helpful and friendly as well. I do think they could use more of them, they are short handed but that seems to be the case everywhere you go now a days. I would recommend Magnolia Senior Living at Loganville to others.

The community itself is very clean but sometimes our loved ones apartment needs better house keeping - especially within the bathroom sometimes we have to remind them to help tidy it up. The care isn't quite what we thought - we do understand the turnover not only here but other places is crazy and nothing is the same after covid but we do have to stay on top of the time to make sure our loved one is getting the proper medication. When the food is delivered to our loved one it is pretty cold so right now it is just not meeting the expectations. We do think if they get more staffing things will really start to improve.

The facility is always clean. Things were ok until they opened a new facility and transferred a lot of the staff to that one, that seems to be when our problems began. The entire first new staff walked out about a month ago. The newest staff seems to be ok, but turnover rate is still high. It seems like the owner got overwhelmed with the new facility and stopped paying as much attention to this one. We have started to see him at the facility occasionally, so we're hoping that some of the problems that have developed will start to be fixed. There are very little activities other than bingo. Laundry has been reduced to once a week. They dropped the Braves channel. It seems most services have diminished, but cost has gone up. Residents are being forced to stay in their rooms more often (Covid and lack of staff). The cooks constantly quit. Food variety has decreased and things like condiments and snacks that used to always be available are missing. I'm having to spend about $75 to $100 every two weeks right now to supplement food/snacks. We really don't want to move our loved one. He is treated well and the place is clean, it's just not what it used to be. I know some of these issues can be attributed to Covid. Hopefully the problems get corrected. As far as recommending this facility, I'm kind of 50/50 right now.

I toured this facility for my mom and I was shocked at the conditions. The memory care had a strong urine odor. They advertise they have a nurse but no nurse was present. They were short staffed. I was not impressed at all and I advise anyone not to put their family member in this place!

No front desk, minimum staff members. No activity room. Rude administrators. Saw 2 helpers in the whole place. One was sitting in dining room and the other was talking on her phone. Lot of empty rooms was a tell tell sign.

My Mother has been a resident at Magnolia Senior Living since October 2019. From the first day the staff welcomed her with open arms to her new home. My family and I truly appreciate the loving and personal care she receives everyday. I'm so thankful she is in a safe environment. Thank you [name removed] and your wonderful staff for keeping Magnolia Senior Living safe and COVIT-19 free.

My sister has been at Magnolia Senior Living for over a year now. I have been very pleased with the services there. Staff are very caring people - professional and loving. I would also like to mention the organized manner that the staff used to care for residents and family during Covid19. Families were given regular updates. The staff has been able to keep Magnolia Senior Living free of the virus so far. I am very grateful that I chose Magnolia Senior Living for my sister.

Magnolia Assisted Living has all the amenities my loved one needs! She is a conservative person who enjoys classical music which is not offered as entertainment ! She enjoys walking in the courtyard daily and comments on how the grounds are beautifully kept! The staff has managed her medication well! They show her sincere affection in her home!

My brother was here and broke his hip because no one helped him to the bathroom. He had prostate problems and was treated rudely because he needed to go often. He died from infections from the hip replacement. My sisters-in-law is in here now and she was found on her toilet where a worker took her to change her depends. She had 2 bones broken in her left leg below the knee. On her right side she had a femur fracture and broken hip. Now her social worker was there and as soon as she screamed the social worker jumped up and she was on the toilet. She is an Alzheimer’s patient and is slow to respond and needs to be told repeatedly until it is understood. It is believed she was slammed down on the toiled and because the cabinet and toilet are so close her left leg was caught twisted and snapped. IF IT WAS MY CHOICE SHE WOULD NOT BE THERE. BUT HER SISTER MAKES THE DECISIONS. MAGNOLIA HIRES THE MOST UNQUALIFIED PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY WORK CHEAP. THE PEOPLE THAT RUN THE PLACES HAVE NO EDUCATION AND WERE CHANGING DEPENDS BEFORE GIVEN THE JOBS. MAGNOLIA SENIOR LIVING IS A DEATH TRAP.

Magnolia Senior Living was a beautiful community. The grounds were very well-kept. It was clean and nice inside the facility. We chose another community based on our budget needs and we wanted a community that was closer to our home.
