Everybody was extremely nice and helpful in getting me in touch with the right resources to move my loved one into the place. I thought it was a good facility and I can not think of any improvements that need to be made.

Things are going excellent. The staff is very caring and kind. The place is always nice and clean. The residents here are friendly and outgoing and the food is good to. The level of care here is excellent.

Decatur Christian Towers is an absolutely wonderful place, I'd give them a 6 out of 5 if I could! It's well kept and clean, and everyone here is very friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking in the area!

My experience was not pleasurable talking to Sue. She answered the telephone, when I proceeded to ask questions about the property she said that they do not answer questions. It is hard to believe that if you are a company in the business of housing people. The first thought would be customer service but in this case that is not what you received, and the sad part is this is supposedly a Christian based company. Well Sue is not Christian like at all. I will not refer any senior prospect to this company.

She really enjoys it, she gets a lot of activities in. They need to spray for bugs, recently there have been a few spotted. We chose thm for the amount of activities, and the location. It's close to physicians and hospitals are nearby.

It was one of the place that her friend recommended to her and she likes it very well. She likes the conviniences, the shelves in the kitchen are too high, she's had a fall in there but thats up to her where she wants to put her things. She likes having the garden, I think she reserved two rows. It's a nice, clean little place and they have something once a month and then on the weekend they have some kind of event and she likes that. She likes it so it seems like a good place to recommend people to.

Visited the Christian Towers. Dad didn't care for the facility because it has 19 floors and too much traffic on Church St.

this is my first choice, the studio is huge and utilities and basic cable are included in $488, I can bring my cat and they serve the evening meal each day and I can get the meal whenever I want, they called to say they had a 1 bedroom available but I cannot afford that so I'm just waiting for a call about a studio
