Philips Presbyterian Tower

I wouldn’t move my mother into this building. We rented the apartment that they had for a few days just to get the feel of the place and environment. For one racism still exist!!!! The staff have their favors!!!! Maintenance sucks, they spend more time talking then working plus they’re not fast!!! Well one of them that was employed ([name removed], he had a lot of knowledge of that building) but he was fired. Dogs peeping in the lobby as well as feces in the stairwell. You can’t use the gym unless you have an doctor note. The food from Piccadilly’s is horrible!! Parking is a nightmare!!! Some people there honestly need to be in an assisted living and not independent living!!!! I had to reconsidered my mother living conditions and I found another apartment for her

I am very happy with the care here. The community is clean and enjoyable. He is very happy with the meals and the good variety. He is liking the activities and is happy that he is able to walk a lot. I would recommend the care and value that is received here to other families looking for a great home for a loved one.

This community is always kept clean and neat and that was a big reason why we chose here. Over all everything has been great. The meals are good and she likes the dining and conversation. This is just a good environment.

Dad is doing well since moving into independent living at this community. The staff are friendly and helpful. He enjoys the food and the community is kept pretty clean. He likes to participate in some of the activities offered.

I haven't moved in yet, but I am looking forward to it. The residents were very pleasant and the staff took me around for a tour. Everyone was so cordial and nice. It was awesome!

I have been particularly impressed with the organization, and their ability to care for their residents. I think the maintenance could be improved. They were not very fast to get things resolved. I chose them based on the recommendations, and the other residents that were here.

Seamless process with very helpful staff. The care taken to maintain the facilities and provide a clean safe environment is especially appreciated. The activities and transportation to shopping and doctor appointments is invaluable! Great location with many close-by amenities. The available social work staffing provides peace-of-mind to family members. Great residence!! Also, allowing small pets for residents is appreciated as it is well-documented the benefits to the social, mental and overall health of seniors!

Very clean and very nice staff. I think they could use more outings though. The staff was really friendly.

Like it a lot, no terraces, apartments were small. Great Location, but I wasn't ready to commit. Still having trouble without terraces.

Well maintained building, although somewhat older. Convenient location. Regular sized apartments, although kitchen is somewhat small.

So far we've been very happy with everything they provide, I'd give them high marks across the board. It's a nice looking place, and they always keep it clean. The staff in particular have been great, they are friendly and very good about communication and quickly resolving any issues or problems we've had.

Liked everything about it. Have huge studios, also allow me to bring my cat, it is right in the middle of Decatur so I can walk to many shops and restaurants and Marta station, waiting for call about a vacant studio, this place is my second choice but if they call first, I will take this one
