Legacy Village of Salt River in Scottsdale, AZ
4.0

My loved one is currently a resident at Legacy Village of Salt River and overall this facility is a 4+!. The staff is good. Their responsiveness to issues is good. The food is good. Housekeeping is once a week and works well for the resident. The move in was stress free and they were very accommodating. My loved one is settling in and feels very safe and well cared for. I would recommend Legacy Village of Salt River to others.

Their meals were outstanding! We love love love The Renaissance! Unfortunately my mother-in-law couldn't get along with her neighbor so it was her problem, not the communities, but we decided to move her out. We're still sad that it didn't work out.

Solterra Senior Living in Chandler, AZ
4.0

My loved one was only here for a short respite stay. The only thing that she really complained about is that they didn't always knock before they came in. We had arranged for a female to come and do the shower on a certain day, and a male showed up on a different day to help her. She liked the food and everything.

Apache Junction, Arizona

Independent Living

An Independent Living Community permits residents the choice to live an independent lifestyle while making sure their care requirements have been met. Basic tasks such as meal planning and housekeeping are handled by staff and a calendar of recreational and leisure activities is maintained, allowing residents the autonomy to use their time as they wish, free from daily responsibilities. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy an opportunity to be among peers, in a community with others of similar age groups and interests. Residents’ quarters consist of a private living space with their own kitchen. The independence of apartment life is still enjoyed, offering an opportunity to socialize with guests and visitors in a private and personal setting. While policies vary between locations, a number of residences allow pets as well. Nursing and health care services can always be arranged for with private care providers as desired.
