I am very content living at Heritage Woods. My apartment is very comfortable and convenient. The nurses and CNAs are very attentive and convenient. The food is good and I may also eat in my room if I so desire. There are activities every day. Also a small store 2 days a week.

Before a resident is accepted, they must go through a service plan screening to guarantee their needs are going to be met. This screening includes a number of areas of interest such as evaluation of a prospective resident’s cognitive condition, assessment must be updated by a physician annually or upon a significant change in condition, evaluation of a prospective resident’s psychosocial condition, and A comprehensive assessment. This type of community is required to offer a number of services. These include housekeeping, assistance with activities of daily living, laundry, and medication reminders.
