We absolutely love it there, and everyone is so nice. Our loved is very happy there. The rooms are very nice, they offer three different types of rooms with different prices associated with them. Our loved one is now in the largest of the three. The people there are all wonderful, we are never afraid to talk to them if something comes up. They work really hard to take care of the people who lived there, i do not think you can find a staff as nice as they are.
Things are going well for my mother since her move into The Inn at Willow Falls. My mother is enjoying all of the activities that they have to offer and everyone is very nice...
While searching for the best fit for our loved one, it was extremely important to us that he would be in a place that could manage the rapid decline in cognition that we had experienced for the prior year. The Reserve was that place for us. We did a few drop-ins prior to signing up, and we were very impressed with how accomodating [name removed] and the entire staff was while we toured the facility. The folks who were living there seemed very content and followed the programs of the day relatively seamlessly. We admitted [name removed] to the program, and in the short time he was there, he was content and seemed to fit in well with the group. We appreciate all of the care from the entire staff during [name removed] stay at this facility. His stay was short, as he fell sick and ultimately passed. We are grateful for [name removed] and the staff, as they always handled things professionally and with care. It was endearing to see the motivation they share to take care of folks who need it the most!
