5 stars for all! The staff are super nice and caring. Only one negative would be that I think they need someone to man the door, sometimes it takes a while for them to let me in when I ring the doorbell. Sometimes I have to ring several times. If staff is busy I understand the patient care comes first, but there needs to be someone assigned to let visitors in.

Brookdale Beckett Meadows in Austin, TX
4.3

People are very friendly and caring. They are staffing up a bit which is helping. Any issues we have had is directly related to not having enough people power to handle the demand. Overall, the car has been good. It is clean. The food is good. The activities are plentiful.

Sodalis Austin
4.6

Sodalis is an old building, but they do well keeping it up. I have watched the cleaning process when people move out, and have been pleased with the process, as well as the daily cleaning. The staff members who work with the residents are exceptional.
