Viewed this place for my 86 year old aunt. I liked it.

We were greeted immediately upon arrival. The facility is very nice, clean and new. We met with the administrator who shared with us all of the processes she put in place to address the low scores from their audit. She also explained that it was a particularly tough audit (even though she wasn't there at the time) because the federal auditors where there simultaneously, checking up on the state auditors. Overall a positive experience. The negatives, however, were that the Director had misinformed us (not on purpose), about the availability of a private room. When the administrator came in, she said that was a no-go. She had inherited a precedent case like that but had no plans to do that again. Second negative -- while the facility is on a large property, the grounds are really sad. There are no plants, no flowers, no covered area to sit (except the entryway), no bird feeders out, no seating whatsoever (except the entryway). There certainly are no views that are particularly interesting. However, it is still a contender.
