I have been well pleased with Hilltop Memory Care. My only concern has been difficulty in reaching staff. I received a voicemail expressing concern about my husband and was unable to reach anyone for over 12 hours. I hope this problem has been addressed. The director has assured me that my complaint about non availability of staff has brought about policy change and the problem has been resolved.
Heather is the administrator and has been here for 18 years. She is compassionate, a good leader and loves all the residents.
