Langston Square, a Navion Senior Solutions community, offers quality care in a social environment. Staff, including a full-time registered nurse, provide individualized care treatments and additional support such as medication management as needed. The community is designed with warm colors and natural lighting to provide a calming, homelike environment. Residents are encouraged to lounge in common areas including the restaurant-style dining room and lovely outdoor spaces, or socialize through clubs and activities.
Langston Square is a community residential care facility, which in the state of South Carolina is a facility that offers room and board and a degree of personal assistance for a period of time in excess of 24 consecutive hours for two or more residents. Included in this definition is any facility that offers a beneficial or protected environment specifically for individuals who have mental illness or disabilities and facilities that are referred to as “assisted living,” provided they meet the definition of community residential care facility.

The administrator and staff of Langston Square are OUTSTANDING. They do their upmost to accommodate the residents as well as their family members and friends...even in the most difficult situations. This is sincerely and truly my experience.

My mother moved into Langston in November of 2023. She has had wonderful care since day 1. Everyone works as a team to make her life as good as it can be even with her physical challenges. The staff also is exceptional in keeping the family informed about any issues that may arise. My mother is very happy there and that's important to our family.

Our loved one is 98 w dementia. He has been in 2 different assisted living homes and one skilled nursing. Langston Square in Clinton SC is by far the best place he’s lived. The others may have been a bit newer looking (not that there is anything wrong w how Langston looks - just not as new). But what matters most is how caring and genuine all the staff is at Langston. It’s like an extension of home! In one place he was living he had unexplained bruises all the time. Ive never seen one bruise on him at Langston. The food is fantastic. They have activities and I cant say enough about their family nights. In April they are even having a prom for them( can you get any more adorable?). I love how the facility is set up surrounding a courtyard w mature trees and plants plus a covered patio and Cushioned rocking chairs. ifeel my loved one is 100% safe and cared for. The rooms are larger than other facilities I’ve seen. Should I ever need assisted living I wld want to live here.

We are pleased with the care my sister has received. With her disabilities she needs a little more care than some and we feel the staff has done a great job helping her adapt to the environment here!

My mother loves Langston Place. Langston Place has been so good for her, she is very happy and has made a lot of new friends. She has been at Langston for three years. The staff at Langston Place is awesome.

From my initial phone call and then touring the facility I have been so impressed with every aspect of Langston Place. The residents are happy, the staff is phenomenal and the management is TOP NOTCH!

They taught my mother how to "assist". Before she was just lying in the bad doing nothing. Now she is taking small steps with her walker. She can wheel herself around in the wheelchair (she couldn't do that before) she loves the dining room and her new friends there. I don't see where they can improve at. Maybe not lock the apartment doors at night time because of a fire hazard.

I dropped in today to visit a very special family member on her birthday. I was so pleased with the facility and staff at Langston. I enjoyed lunch with the birthday girl and chatted with her and her friends. She seems to be adjusting very well to her new home and it was comforting to see her interact with her Fellow residents. It was also nice to meet some of the sweetest caregivers and staff from Clinton and her hometown of Newberry. One of the nurses was a former member of our church in Newberry, SC back in the 1970s as a teenager. I feel very comfortable with the warm surroundings I experienced at Langston today. God Bless these wonderful residents and staff and a special thanks to the Executive Director [name removed] for her hospitality.

This facility is very good. I can take my dog {name removed} into the courtyard and let him play, and he loves it. The residents are friendly and it seems we all get along real good. I feel good living here.
I love Langston Place Iove everything about the staff and the people. It is a home away from home.. My family is so happy that I am here. I am well taken care of. I love the Activity Director, I love the whole staff.
