My loved one is currently a resident at Morada Cedar Hill and everything about the experience has been great. The staff and care services are great. The cleanliness and friendliness are also great. It's a beautiful facility! I would recommend Morada Cedar Hill to others.
I think it is great. Everybody is close knit like a family. I have never been any place like this where all of the residents have joined together. Before COVID, the food was really good and it was fun. On Friday nights, we would have wine and different types of food. It was always a nice meal. I love my apartment. I have a little balcony with a courtyard view. I intend to just stay here. I never want to live anywhere else.
The staff is very helpful. The location is great. Right across the street, there's a shopping center that has food, home improvement, restaurants, banks, gas - pretty much anything you would need, which is very convenient. The place is basically new, so the apartment is very nice. And it's a great place to call home.

If you or your loved one desire the peace of mind of having many of your frequent tasks managed while living life at your own pace, think about the option of independent living. Frequent needs such as meal planning and housekeeping are taken care of, allowing seniors more free time to live life as they desire. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy an opportunity to live among peers, surrounded by others of similar age groups and backgrounds. Typically consisting of a private living area and a full kitchen, these communities offer residences with many of the amenities of apartment life but with none of the hassle. Guests can be invited over and entertained, and there will be more time to spend with them with the basic maintenance of daily tasks out of the way. While policies differ between communities, numerous residences allow cats and dogs as well. If residents decide they would like to employ the services of independent medical providers, they always have the option. There are a number of advantages and costs to consider while determining an independent living community. It is important to learn if these services are covered in the service plan: internet access, utilities, private phone, field trips, transportation, meals, laundry, and housekeeping. The benefits and amenities that pertain to independent living include concierge services, laundry service, security guards, fitness center & swimming pool, restaurant-style dining hall, private rental hall, healthcare center, and community activities.
