Staff is really nice. They look out for my mother. Like if she misses a meal, they check in on her. Oh the appt transportation is a pain. It's only available 2 days a week half day. Have to get approval ahead of time. And the they drive you but do not assist into building. When it's a large medical bldg this is difficult for someone in a wheelchair.
It's a good environment for our age group and the amenities and activities are sufficient enough to keep us engaged and comfortable. We picked this community, because of the location and cost.
Our experience with this community was good, overall it is kept pretty clean. The care services are pretty reliable, the activities were however a little bit weaker. The food at this community was very good, and we really liked the responsiveness of the staff and the availability the memory care unit had

For many seniors, cost of owning a home might deter them from enjoying an otherwise independent life. Independent Living Communities provide a convenient alternative to this situation. Seniors may live their lives as they desire while their food is cooked by a professionall chef, housekeeping and laundry duties are handled by staff, and recreational activities are scheduled and organized. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy the opportunity to be among peers, surrounded by others of similar ages and interests. Within the individual units, residents have access to their own private living space and a full kitchen, and can even live with a partner if they prefer. While policies vary between locations, many residences allow pets as well. If medical or nursing assistance is desired, residents may always utilize the services of independent health care professionalls.
