Not recommend for any one needing more than minimal care

Make sure it is the correct facility to care for them. Even though they did an assent before checking him in. There facility could not handle his care and we paid lot of money up front to just have to move him out before even a year. They provided very little support or help.

Wonderful Place for loved ones

Staff is really nice. They look out for my mother. Like if she misses a meal, they check in on her. Oh the appt transportation is a pain. It's only available 2 days a week half day. Have to get approval ahead of time. And the they drive you but do not assist into building. When it's a large medical bldg this is difficult for someone in a wheelchair.

I toured this facility and it was nice. It's newer and more expensive than some of the other places in the area. Everyone was friendly. They seemed to offer a good variety of activities. They really took their time with us during the tour, I didn't feel rushed at all.

Caring staff, Excellent care

My mom just passed away at Putnam a week ago and my dad is still there and the care and concern of the staff is exactly what I hope it would be if this circumstance occurred. It has pleasant decor, clean and has nice calming atmosphere - I would recommend highly to any family looking for care for their loved one

I loved everything about Putnam Farm except for the price. The facility itself is gorgeous and the director we spoke with was wonderful. It is very expensive though, it is not one set price, everything is an add on charge.

Highly Recommended

I've had a problem with the nurses and they never return my call about concerns or questions over my loved one. This leaves me frustrated. This occurs once a week or once every other week. There was a medical concern that the community wouldn't get back to me about this concern. My loved one says they feel safe, peace of mind, and content. This makes me feel good. Kathy and Sandy have been wonderful. There are several staff members that have been awesome! They are more than hospitable. Priscilla was wonderful and helped me.

A Resident Home

My loved one was there and the community was very nice. The community was helpful and my loved one thought it was wonderful. The place always looked spotless when I went to visit him. They had physical therapy and exercise available for the residents. The meals were good, lunch and dinner were available in the dining room. There was a TV room and library for the residents. There was also a patio available. The grounds are nice. The room had a nice view.

Not a good experience

The person we met that was supposed to take us on tour was very prickly. When they found out about our finances she was not willing to even show us around. This community is more expensive than what we were looking for and they turned us away.

I'am Pleased With My Mother's Move Here

This is a nice community, and they are taking good care of my mother and her needs. They have a very good staff here, they have been helpful and attentive. She is slowing getting involved in the community. We can't complain about the food, its pretty good. She is being cared for well here. It is a nice and clean community, they do a good job with the cleaning. Overall this is a community I would recommend.

Friendly, welcoming staff!

Our experience with Putnam Farm at Danvers has been a very good one, overall! The staff here is friendly, welcoming, and they've really done a great job helping my loved one feel at home! Everyone on the staff knew her by name within a few days, and knew the sorts of extra assistance she would need. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and I really like the way their care program is set up. It's just a very nice place, overall!

Home Sweet Home

Our family was struck by the personal attention we were given here. Putnam Farm customizes care according to what each individual resident needs. The staff is warm, caring, and welcoming. There is a good variety of activities - it just so happens that our dad is not interested in crafts, bingo, pokeno, etc. We are very happy that with our decision for Dad to move here. We recommend it highly.
