They were wonderful in the memory care unit! Very welcoming and compassionate. Based on the first impression we had, right when you first walk in, the dining area of main entrance looks like a hotel.

They have kind and compassionate staff. They are very responsive, with any questions or concerns. I would choose the Linden again if I had to do it all over.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the tour experience was just wonderful. What it ultimately came down to was that our loved one new people at another facility and to her that was very important.
I toured this facility and really liked it. The people and the atmosphere seemed really nice. The only downfall was that the apartments seemed small for 2 people. I think they're a good size for 1 person, but a little too small for 2. If it wasn't for the apartment size, we would have chosen this facility.
My mom has very serious dementia, and she had been another facility for quite some time. So the transition has been really hard for her. But the staff at The Linden are being so kind. I find everyone there to be so invested and warm, and they're really working to help her become part of the community to the best of her abilities.

We are thrilled with the experience at The Linden at Danvers and so is mom. The staff is terrific. They are very helpful and kind. They really have everything here. It is a really wonderful place. They have an in house doctor that you can sign up for so you do not have to leave the facility. I made a suggestion for an activity to take the residents out and they added it to the calendar right away. Mom loves the food as well. We are so thankful to have found The Linden and would absolutely recocommend them to others.

Our family had an in person tour and we had a good tour experience we have nothing bad to say about this community, it just so happened another community fit our loved ones needs more.
We went with The Linden at Danvers because of the overall experience when we first met everyone here, it was just amazing. My mother is in the memory care portion of the facility, it is a small unit with a high staffing ratio and they do an incredible job. I would absolutely recommend to other families.

What we really like about The Linden is the homey environment, it is open, bright, welcoming and there is always someone there to greet us when we come to visit. Our loved one when we speak to him just loves the food, that is one of the best things about the place. The day to day activities are a tiny bit limited but they are starting to advertise for new things. They do take the residents out once a week for an outing and he loves when they go to different restaurants. The Linden is always a very safe community.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked the facility. The only reason we did not choose it, was another facility we looked at had a better room set up that was on the first floor. However, they gave us a very thorough tour, it was a very nice place.
The Linden was more of a pressure sale than the community I chose.
This community is a little more on the expensive side, and due to COVID they don't have any activities at the moment. Before COVID they had cooking and baking classes, painting classes and plenty of arts and crafts. They would also bring in live entertainment. We really liked the openness this community had, and its set up in away that is very accessible for the residents to get around. Our loved one isn't to crazy about the food they serve. Our loved one has a nice size apartment which she really likes, it has a little kitchenette which we think is very efficient.

We chose this community because of the location and it was the best value for your money. The rooms were good sized. My mother loved the food, they had a menu with a lot of variety. My mothers favorite part about the community was the residents she ate with. The staff was also wonderful. I would absolutely recommend The Linden at Danvers.

My mother loves it here! She loves the activities and likes how you can go outside on the grounds on your own. The only problem right now is the food isn't very good. The community is always clean and aids are always seen taking the trash out of the common spaces and within the residents' rooms. The staff is very friendly and are very caring and have great compassion for the people at the community. I noticed when I ask the front desk for assistance with my mother or her apartment, things are taken care of very quickly. All the aids are very kind. Although very expensive, the level of care is good, the apartment is nice, the hallways are clean, and the grounds are very nice at The Linden.
