Tradition Living

I have lived here for 2 yrs. and find it to be the best move I ever made. The warmth and friendliness when you walk in the door invites you to stay. The other residents are like an extended family. It really is home. Please check us out and join our family.

Everyone is friendly and always greets you with a smile. I like that. I try to remember all their names--a course with [name removed] (How to win friends and influence people his book) told me that a person always likes to hear their name. So when I hear a name I associate it with another person, place or thing , I can remember it very easily--thanks to my good memory that the good Lord has blessed me with. Then I get to hear my name when I say Hi to a person. Method to my madness The food is delicious and everything is very tasty and the waiters are so nice and also smiling all the time. I really enjoy the Continental breakfast where you can choose what you like and should have for Breakfast. Then seated with my new friends--I can't tell you how much I delight in just Breakfast. Also the Dinners are very nicely served and prepared. Activities (there are too many) so I am very busy doing card games and socializing and learning new games every day. There is lots to do here. And when you get tired just go to your own apartment and it welcomes you. I am very blessed to find such a lovely place as TRADITION Yep, we have church services on Sunday--which I like. I even came here to cold Minnesota from a warm climate Tucson, Arizona--and I am so so happy to be near my son and meet these friendly people--had to give up my Arizona ones.

My mom moved into Tradition about 2 months ago, and absolutely loves it. She was very hesitant to move from her current home, but it turned out to be a great decision. She said she didn’t realize how lonely she was until she moved to her new apartment. The residents and staff have been so welcoming. She’s able to socialize in the front lobby and meals in the dining room....speaking of the dining room, amazing food and staff there as well.?? As her daughter it makes me so happy to see her happy! We both would highly recommend Tradition!

We lived in a town home 6 blocks away. Once we decided to move we checked Br. Center, Maple Grove and Br. Park. Tradition filled all of our needs .Location to everything we needed. Drs., church, stores, Maple Grove, Family and more. We have lived here since February 2018. Our apartment is first class. Dining room (10 meals a moth-part of our rent) staff and even our neighbors are great. When we have a problem in our apartment it is taken care of promptly.

We are happy with the help. The food is good. My wife is gluten and dairy free. They always have meals for her. We like it here.

I have lived in B. Park for 59 years. It is a good community. Living here is like home. The staff is great and I hope I'm able to live here until I die.

The most aweful mgmt for a company that says the are NOT FOR PROFIT!!! Was told by their director. .these so-called residents are CONSUMERS!!!!absolute price gouging...overcharges for absolutely everything... it's an absolute joke of their description of this place...my mom has had filthy carpet...so called cleaning service...I've gone back in after the cleaning...floors filthy!...disgusting....originally had delivery tray for breakfast because my mom didnt want to have to dress for breakfast..now...they charge 124.00/ mo...cant even give nice dishware..."styrofoam"...for what she pays do you think having respect for their residence that they would make it enjoyable????!!! Pathetic....I could go on and on...its not right...

I love this place! It has so many activities and is close to the doctor and shopping. They also have a Methodist church nearby.

Very nice - strong community

My mother, regrettably, had to leave Tradition because of her need for "two person" transfers. As hard as the nursing staff tried to keep Mom at Tradition, they were just unable to assist Mom, due to her decreasing mobility, with dressing, bathing and toileting with only one person. Unfortunately for Mom, Tradition doesn't have a number 4 level of care. I can tell you this about Tradition: The staff genuinely care about their clients. I felt very strongly that the staff felt sincere love for my mom based upon what I personally observed. They kept her "dry". It was as though they were on a mission to do this. I could tell by the number of "Depends she was going through and by the lack of any kind of odor in her apartment. The staff kept me completely informed of Mom's health issues as well as her need for supplies. More than once I was awoken at night by a phone call from a concerned care giver. Toward the end of Mom's stay, the staff performed above and beyond the level of care we were paying for. They had me fooled if they weren't actually sincere in their love and care for Mom. She is in a different facility now - one that provides "two person transfers". They will have a tough standard to live up to. So far, so good. [Removed]

I love being here in this community it lets me be the most independent as possible. The staff is nice and friendly, they keep it clean and bright in here. I love joining in on the activities like bridge, and we go out to the community college to watch a play. The food is excellent never a shortage. I enjoy the well maintained courtyard.I would recommend this to my friends and family.

I have no complaints about how things are going for my husband and I since we made the move into this community. The staff are just excellent and make sure to accommodate our needs to the best of there ability. They are polite and very professional in there work. I can not say enough great things about the meals they serve us throughout the week. My friends and I always are complimenting the chef and his wonderful work. I am very impressed with the different activities that keep us busy, I really enjoy them. Overall we are very happy and I would recommend them to anyone.

My tour of Tradition went very well. It was a very nice place with kind people. It ended up being too far from the area that my mother wanted to stay in, which is the only reason we did not choose it.

I love it here! The people that live here are just amazing. The building itself is nice but I really picked it because of the residents. When I toured, I noticed that this was the only community where everyone looked happy, was smiling, and interacting while doing activities. When I first moved in, a lot of the residents would stop me and introduce themselves. By far, the residents are the best part about this place. The food is very good, you van have 10 meals in a month on the independent living side. Also, when you need to be assisted living, you can convert in your same apartment. No need to move!

I am happy living here in this community. The staff is always caring and helpful. They do offer activities here and I try and have the time to participate. The community is very clean and well maintained. I would recommend other families to this community for a great place to live and a good value.

I'am doing pretty well since my move to this community. So far it has been a lovely experience, and I'am happy with my move here. They have a great staff here. They have help me adjust to the routine around the community, and they are very friendly. The meals are great. It is a little expensive, but it is worth it. This is a community I would recommend.

Such a challenge to find the perfect place for your Parent! We were very much impressed by Tradition. The apartment we chose has a balcony which is unheard of in assisted living. Fresh air when the weather permits. Talk about convenience, I was so happy to see the laundry room right in her apartment. Tradition has a fabulous chef and I hear nothing but praise regarding the food that is served there. My Mom feels like she is going to a five star restaurant at every meal. We never have to worry about decisions we need to make as there is competent advice at every turn. Out in the community I hear nothing but positive remarks regarding Tradition. Yes, I know we made the right decision in choosing Tradition! I highly recommend this fabulous place

This is a very nice community. Residents are out and doing things. The staff is friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. It just was a little far and expensive.
