I can see why the facility is full. From the Director to the maintenance team my dad has been welcomed, his needs are met by a caring staff that truly cares.. Plus the food is homemade and he loves eating in the dining room with the other residents. He was very hesitant to move, but now he feels at home. A WARNING TO ALL??Epiphany Assisted Living is the worst place to house your loved ones. Please do not under any circumstances bring your loved ones to this facility. From the nursing staff, to the management & cleanliness it is the worst place in coon rapids . The management is disgusting, they only care about money & not at all about the people they are housing. They are constantly rotating employees because of how terrible their management is. And treat residents as if they aren’t people. Everything stated on the website about this place is a lie. Please whatever you do, don’t bring your loved ones here. Especially those with Dementia and/or Alzheimer’s, they inevitably will rapidly decline. Faster than they would in your care. They have have no system in place to care for those suffering from such diseases. The memory care units are in shambles. They have multiple residents in a the unit with little to no supervision. They genuinely do not care about the residents.

The Director is very friendly. I enjoyed our tour and time together. The Epiphany campus is huge and I think Mom would be overwhelmed.

Loved it. One of the top on our list. Only concern is he may need a higher level of care at the point we put him into a facility. Very clean. Nice rooms. All good.

A Place for Mom has scored Epiphany 6 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
