Very welcoming, lots of activities, residents socialize a lot in main area or outside. Even my dad who visits daily enjoys the residents and staff.

She loves it! There are lots of activities, safe doors, a bus to take them shopping, a washer and dryer in all apartments. Friendly staff, storage units, also 10 free meals a month, and monthly Birthday parties. Probably more things I haven't thought about too. Problem is there are waiting lists from last year for both one and two bedroom apartments.

Mom loves all the staff, they are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys are helpful and patient with answering questions. The meals have not been very good, so they are searching for a new cook. We would definitely recommend the facility to others.

I would recommend. The place is clean, service is generally pretty good. My mother had a couple of falls and no one responded timely to her push button for help.

I would not recommend this community. Most of the staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. And there was lack of communication. We had her on a couple of waiting lists. They were the ones who called first with an opening.

Communication with the family at Crest View Senior Community at Blaine is not good. My parent there says that the food is not very good (I have not had it). The housekeeping is so-so. They keep the apartment okay, but they are not careful with my parents' clothes or any personal items. The rooms are not handicap accessible. My parent there can't get their own water and we have found their water bottle empty sometimes. The actual move in process was good, they have a nice sign on the door and a little gift bag. Some of the staff are very nice. We would not recommend for Assisted Living. Not sure about the other levels of care.

With the meals and dining it is great because they get 10 free meals for each month. There are a lot of different activities for the residents to participate it. When it comes to the value for cost , the cost depends on size of apartment with some for lower income. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would very much so recommend this community to others!

Staffing is in consistent and not always patient with elderly. Explaining the meds would help a lot. Hot food too. We picked this community, because of proximity to family.

We pikced this community, because of the location, and it was close to home. Everything is good. My loved one made friends , and the other residents have been good to them. My loved one likes going to church services, and really appreciates that. They would like to play cards more, so perhaps is they got a team of card players, and organized a game once per week. I would recommend to other families. My only issue, has been with billing but they have able to resolve quickly.

We had a great tour experience with Crest View Senior Communities at Blaine. The reason we decided against this facility was because they do not accept elderly waiver here. So if our loved one ran out of money, we would have to move her again and we did not want to do that. We wanted to find a facility where she was able to age in place until the end.
We liked the community here. However, my loved one felt the value was better at another community.
The activities are segregated between the senior living and the assisted living sides. The staff said it was started because of Covid and residents were instructed to stay on their own side. We can interact with one another, but the senior living side is very cliquey. The food isn't good at all. I've had to cook for myself and because of that, I've lost 20lbs. I'm still paying for meals and they somehow aren't able to remove that from my rent. I'm also buying my own food, so it's getting pretty expensive. I'm paying for care services that are intertwined in the monthly cost as well, and I'm not receiving that either. They're supposed to change my sheets on a regular basis - I've been here for a while and that's never happened, even though I've brought it up many times. There's a few things I'm paying for, that I'm either not receiving or not using. And they don't seem able to remove them from my overall cost. They're not good at explaining extra assistance, or exactly what assisted living entails. You have to pay for every add on, and they didn't start explaining until I began to complain. I'm paying a fortune for very little, the value for the cost is extremely low. [price removed] per month to do my own cooking, cleaning and just to basically live here. It's important to note that there are people here that I'm very fond of, and a lot of the staff are really nice. It's just the general policies and lack of communication regarding what assisted living includes and what extra assistance means. I would not recommend people to move here based off of my experience, which has been a very negative one.
