Do not move your loved one here. I promise you will regret it. The aides are not well trained in memory care. The aides make numerous errors and are absolutely disrespectful. Management doesn't hold them accountable because they are too short staffed.

My mother and father have lived here for many years. The care has significantly declined as they have required more assistance over the years. If you just need a roof over your loved one’s head, this place will do. But if your loved one requires any level of care, look elsewhere. The management and nurses don’t train the staff on how to safely transition residents from a wheelchair to their recliner or bed. I have witnessed countless instances where my father’s safety and comfort were compromised during a transfer. The aids do the bare minimum. They will bring my father food and occasionally change his brief but as I’ve witnessed, their interactions with him are brief and unfriendly. I recently noticed that the aids were never rinsing my father’s toothbrush between uses. It is coated in a thick yellow brown paste with particles of food stuck in the bristles. I brought it to the aids’ attention and they blew me off. Do NOT place your family there.

When I toured this facility, the building was very nice but no one was talking to each other. I saw residents in line for things and no one was interacting or smiling. I was looking for a friendly environment and this community did not fit what I was searching for.
