What our family likes the most about Maplewood at Danbury is that they reach out to us and keep us informed of concerns/issues as well as positive news about my parent's adaptation to their new environment and social activity.
The staff at the East Northport Bristal is always kind. They always have a smile on their faces and are genuinely sweet and loving to my mom. The facility is ALWAYS spotless and beautiful to live in or visit. The only area I see occasional improvement for is the food. It is not always hot and more fresh veggies needed. The personal care and overall facility is excellent.
My mom is currently a resident at The Chelsea at Greenburgh and everything has been great for her so far. I would recommend The Chelsea to others.
