In general our experience has been positive. The residents in the community still need an outside advocate to follow up on their requests. The staff communication has been responsive to the family if we have questions or concerns. There are some concerns with the delivery of meals due to the lack of staff. There are times the items aren't what the community says they are going to have for meals. The residents do have choices in addition to the special of the day. There are three meals a day served to the residents here.

Creekside Place in Battle Ground, WA

Mom passed away on [date removed] last year. Creekside was an amazing place! I still go there once a week and volunteer. The staff from the administrator down to the maintenance person are all fully committed to the residence! Such a great place.

Bonaventure of Salmon Creek in Vancouver, WA
5.0

The entire staff made our family feel welcome. Every time we came to visit, the team kept us informed of how he was doing. My Dad was happy for the first time in quite a long time, and that is due in large part to the excellent care and friendship that everyone provided. I can never thank them enough for making him smile again !
