The staff is really great!! Most of them have cared for a family member with dementia so they are compassionate for what they do. Very knowledgeable and able to help navigate the resident and family members. Great facility!Love the staff! I spoke to residents and family and all say staff is great. My mother in law is still trying to acclimate, but likes the staff.
The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the residents - They don't have to go refer to a chart, the minute I walk in they all have an update. They are very kind.
