I would say there is a high staff turnover but I still feel it is the best fit for my husband. I like that he has a private bedroom with a window, personal climate control, and bathroom with toilet and sink. They also have a lovely and well maintained outdoor space surrounding the facility.
The admin is knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. Caregivers are just that — caring. The facility is immaculate and well thought out. The gardens are just the cherry on top. It feels like a resort.
We love the whole place in particular we love the size and the floorplans of the apartments for independent care for my mother-in-law. We also like the fact that we can move her into assisted care without having to change facilities. The staff have all been very helpful and caring. we toured about five other places and this one just felt the best for my mother-in-law, yes I would recommend !
