Sierra Ridge

She hasn't complained. She's been good and she's getting better. They are always nice and polite. They are very good. It's actually doesn't smell like an old person's house.

Sierra Ridge was very good! I'm not going to lay there I like to work out all the time. I found a few times I wasn't able to because there wasn't a physical that could assist me at the time. I got such good care. The nursing staff is magnificent! There was a lady there I would refer to as Big Momma. She had a nickname for me too. I loved her. She was so helpful. They kept it like the Hilton! Each room was done so well for each person! The meals are pretty good! The meals are pretty good! They were very good with communication.

We had an absolutely amazing experience!

I think they are doing a great job and the best they can with my loved one. He does not want to do the therapy. I do not know how much he has done. The staff is wonderful and informative when we talk to them. They all have been great. My loved one loves the attention he gets. I am sure their nursing care is very good. He is happy with the food. I have not talked to anyone lately but we have been gone quite a bit and not near our phone.

Our experience was absolutely amazing! My loved one is not eating much but what she did eat, she enjoyed.

It is a fairly new building and it is close to our house. I would recommend them. They had rehab and it seems like they are doing what they need to do. The staff is average. They are personable. The nurses sound attentive enough and they care. That is important. The food is not great. I have seen the food and I would not want to eat it sometimes. Their communication is not that great. The nurses do not tell her what medications they are giving to her and they need to be vocal about what she is taking.

I think it's very typical of extended care, I think overall they've done a good job. They're very caring with their patients.

I was very well cared for with great support. The nursing staff was wonderful. They provided things that were extra things for me.

At this time I would recommend Sierra Ridge to a friend. Their rehab therapy is phenomenal! I do not notice a difference between the nurses and the nursing assistants in terms of the care they provide. Which is good. He has enjoyed most of his meals.

It is a non-smoking facility, but everything has been great, though! The physical therapy is good.

Mom says she is doing good. Their rehab therapy is going pretty well! The staff helped to get things set up to get her transferred there. I had no complaints about the nurses. They have not contacted me at all.

They are taking care of whatever needs my loved one has. They seem to be doing okay. Overall, all of the facility was clean.

My loved one is getting better. The building is absolutely amazing and beautiful. The therapy is great and I like the people. They are short-staffed. There is one lady who was kind of mean. There are a couple of ladies who are very nice. They need better housekeeping. They do not know what they are doing. No one has updated me. The doctor talked to me. I think she is doing better. I had no idea who her nurse was for today or yesterday.
