What we like most about the Solstice Senior Living community are the meals that they prepare for the residents, the staff members who work there and the living arrangements for the residents. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would 1000% recommend Solstice Senior Living to other families.
My loved one was previously a resident at SoCo Village and the overall experience was okay. It is a newer facility, however, it is in a busy intersection part of the city and there were lots of homeless around so it didn't feel completely safe when my loved one ventured off from SoCo. There weren't many food/grocery/restaurant options nearby that felt completely safe. My biggest complaint was staff turnover, in all areas, which lead to shortages of all kinds.
It's great - my family member loves it there. They've been very nice and treat her respectfully. She likes the people that she's met. We love the apartment - it's perfect for her. Really the only issue is her water pressure, which she's having a hard time getting them to fix.
