Everyone there was very nice! Especially [name removed] and [name removed]. I don't know what we would've done without them. She said the best meal she had was the first day she was there. I think they changed chefs or something. She also complained that she had chicken almost every meal.
Shelby Gardens might not be the newest, fanciest assisted living facility, but it does have the best staff. In fact, they just won a bunch of awards! The staff really care for my mom and look out for her best interests - and she’s not always the easiest to get along with. Shelby Gardens has transformed my life and my mom’s.
There's nothing wrong with Dunlap, everything was fine, not according to my mom but she's not in her right mind and I went there all the time. It is an older facility but for the price, three meals a day and for 24 hour care you can't beat that.
