The staff is courteous and helpful. The caregivers in the community are very caring and lovable. The food menu has a wide variety of options. They offer activities my mom likes to play bingo with her friends. I really hope the staff can clean better without having to be told. I have addressed the issue with the supervisor i hope they can change this.

They have a really good staff. The director is really helpful and made the moving in process so easy. I really haven't seen anything that I can think of where they can improve. They are keeping mom busy and happy. It has been a really great experience with Parkway Cove and I would highly recommend them!
