Beautiful facility, well maintained. The ludicrous, misguided no guns allowed on the property is a deal killer. Since 98% of mass shootings occur in gun free zones (think schools) the policy makes no sense. A sign is not going to keep a criminal from disobeying the policy since by definition, criminals are law breakers.
